Kayna sighed her heart filled with worry , ever since Poseidon last visited . She was the one to put him to rest and she heard him mumble about how Nikolai was on Mount Olympus. Lucifer was still unstable, his true form refused to revert. His power was flowing wildly away from him , he couldn't control it at all , couldn't reign in the overflow of power . Hell was being over fed , which meant demons were feeding off his power as well .
" With the over flow of his magical essence. There is only a matter of time before some of the more brawny demons decided to cause a riot . They will think foolish thoughts of taking over and it will become a blood infested grave here. " Dylan sighed as he leaned over the island in the living room , searching through information about Lucifer's condition.
" Isn't Lucifer King of this place , he should be able to keep them under control . " Tyki said ignorantly. She was observing everyone since her arrival and though she had yet to get Lucifer out of here , she was still doing her job well , the slight power inserted in her body by Zeus was keeping Lucifer from reverting and conserving energy.
" For now let's focus on our Prince , I say our best bet is to go get Nikolai ourselves . As of now no one would really harm us , they wouldn't risk Lucifer's wrath. " Kayna suggested . Everyone had a moment of silence weighing their options , no one spared the woman sitting near them a glance , they all ignored her previous statement and instead focused their attention on the mission at hand .
" Mmm but Lucifer wouldn't like us going to Mount Olympus alone ." Alek said rubbing his forehead." Still we can't allow him to go there, that is exactly what they would want." Alek decided .
" You're right but aside from that we are first hand creations of Lucifer's. We won't be able to pass through the gate of Olympus." Dylan observed.
" Also take into fact the whole place is Zeus's domain, his light can kill us all and weaken us at a glance . " Kayna added .
"Still we shouldn't allow Lucifer to go , we need an alternative." Alek said .
" You all can not actually be seriously considering sacrificing yourselves for him , can you ? " Tyki asked incredulously.
Three pairs of eyes glanced at her , Kayna looked as though she had something to say but instead held back . She was the first to look away her gaze falling back on to the scattered files of information on the table , she looked through them carefully and sighed in frustration.
" There still isn't anything we can do about his condition . " She said in frustration. " Aside from that Prince Nikolai is our priority , Lucifer wouldn't leave him there , so if we don't act now he will go himself and we know that is what Zeus wants . " The two others , put their attention on her and waited to hear what else she had to say . She had nothing ,she was at a lost she didn't know what to do , what she could do and it frustrated her to not be able to save the people who had become her family . She didn't live a nice human life , her husband didn't love her ,he loved another woman and while he was a great father to their daughter ,he didn't want a wife he didn't love . Even her daughter said she was a bad mom and it ate away at her soul everyday , she didn't want to die that night, but she had also thought that maybe that would make things better . Still Lucifer appeared and gave her a new life , a life she would do anything to protect.
" If one of us were human we would be able to get in at least . " Alek mused softly to himself, though the other still heard him .
" Yes ! Babe that's it , gosh I love you you're so smart . " Kayna said happily kissing him all over .
" I always love your kisses Babe , but uh I'm not sure what you're saying . " Alek chuckled as he held on to the woman he loved . He too found so much more than he had originally wanted here with Lucifer and it made him strong enough to risk his life to protect his family .
" You guys are like the parents I never had . " Dylan abruptly stated with a small smile as he watched the couple , his heart ached slightly with the realization that he really didn't have any experience in having a true family. Up till his death he was alone and cold , his only warmth was his sister and even she was taken from him . He was truly lucky to be given a second chance to experience something like this . Kayna and Alek smiled at him and pulled him into a hug as well .
" You're very much like our son too Dylan . " Alek said fondly .
" Oh right before I forget , you two keep distracting me . " Kayna rolled her eyes and the unrelated Father son duo smiled . " The key is human right , then I'm a ghost and I still have my human form . In that form I'd be able to at least get into the grounds and if one of us can get in we can lead Nikolai out . " She said . " Normally you'd need someone pure of heart or a human with the help of a supernatural being , but I'm both , a human side and supernatural I mean , We could make it work. " She explained .
Dylan looked at her and he felt the excitement radiating from her body , he wasn't too fond of her idea though.
" Where exactly are you going with this? " He asked .
" If we plan efficiently, I'd be able to get inside the grounds of Mount Olympus and once there, I'd be able to find Nikolai and then meet you guys . " She said . " Obviously Alek will aid me with some of his gadgets and we will stay communicated, but it should work . I'm weaker than you both in terms of my natural energy, it isn't as strong as your demonic ones , I'd be able to walk around undetected for a while ."
" You could have something there and there should also be a spot on the grounds surrounding Mount Olympus that doesn't have Zeus's power,from the the time Lucifer stayed there as Hades . " Alek agreed .
" I don't like putting you in danger like that ,but this is our best chance so far . " Dylan also agreed . " Still Olympus could scatter apart your soul, if you stayed anywhere near Zeus too long, no matter how weak, you are still a creature of the night . " He warned .
" I know Dylan and I won't say it doesn't scare me so fucking bad , but this is all we have." She said , " Lucifer saved us all , when we all had given up he stepped up and helped us and we owe him our very existence . " Kayna said ,
" You know he will attempt going there himself if we don't. "
The three of them fell into a small silence again as they registered the words . This plan was at a very high risk , but it was still their only plan, no matter how low the succession point was .
" Ok we all go , Alek and I will accompany you to the gate and we will wait for you to return there . We will leave the rest up to you to find Prince Nikolai . " Dylan finally stated , " From what we know they should be expecting Lord Lucifer, so we might have a chance, all the main Greek Gods will be there . " Dylan explained as he pointed out points on the map .
" Right I'll make some gadgets you can use in any event and to help us stay communicating. Remember you will have a time limit on , one hour alone that's all Kayna you have to agree to that , that's all you'll be able to take . " Alek said . Kayna nodded her understanding and they followed Alek to his lab .
Tyki was left alone in the living room , she didn't bother trying to say anything again or stopping them. She felt so incredibly angry at Alek , for risking his life like that , or at least she thought it was anger she felt , something was off about her. Still she also left the room , she needed to find Lucifer and do her part before Alek and the others interfered she was out of time , she needed to get him there first.
