The sunlight was starting to peek out from the gap in the window blinds that were slightly open. What greeted her was the handsome sleeping face of Sundar. A blush started to creep up from her neck to her face when she remembered their last night.
She slowly stood up from the bed and then got her phone from the bedside table. Then she walked toward the window and drew the curtains open. As the light streamed in, Sundar turned in his sleep.
"What time is it?" Sundar asked.
"It's already eight in the morning. Get up! You have to go for a work".
--------
Glipy took a glass of warm water and flushed the morning pill down her throat with warm water. "When is your class over today?" Sundar asked smiling as he sat across her.
"Today.... I have only two class. Why?" Glipy asked while putting a scoop of rice on Sundar's plate.
"Then lets have dinner outside" Sundar suggested, and said, Glipy looking at him excitedly. "Okay.. I will text you later" Glipy responded happily.
They really looked like a newly- married couple who just moved out to their own home.
"Did you have a good talk with your family?" Glipy asked.
Sundar went silent for a while and replied "Yes..".
Glipy could not help but feel uneasy as if Sundar doesn't want to talk about his family.
"Tell me about your siblings!" Glipy looked at Sundar discreetly from the corner of his eyes.
Sundar took a sip of his black coffee and opened his mouth to say about his family but a doorbell disturbed him.
"I will go..." Sundar said already sat up from his seat.
"Who is it?" Glipy asked when she saw Sundar stood fixed in the door with his eyes in wonderland.
With Sundar closing the door behind him, he arched a brow at Glipy. "Someone send you flower!". He stared at her calmly, and his eyes were devoid of any emotions.
"Who send it? Glipy stiffened little.
A trace of displeasure swept across his face. He took the delivery note inserted in between those roses to see who was the sender.
"My Dear Glipy,
Thank you. May these flowers brightens your day as you always made mine.
Yours sincerely
Uio Kenny."
At that moment, The body standing beside him stiffen noticeably. "What does this poetic line mean?" His eyes surveyed Glipy sharp and narrowwd at her.
In her panic, she saw the iciness in Sundar's eyes. "Sundar... That's not what you think!". She took a step forward and hugged his arm. "Kenny confessed to me yesterday and of course, I rejected him".
Yet, Sundar brush her hand as though she had predicted that. Then, he turned sideways and walked inside the living room.
"But he is little stubborn. And I don't have really idea why he send the flowers" She continued as she hurriedly followed him.
Sundar shifted his gaze away and shook his head. "Did you tell him that you have already boyfriend? Or Do you want to try with him?".
Glipy eyes suddenly glittered darkly. "What do you mean by try with him?". Glipy's face fell, "Don't you trust me?"
Subdar closed his eyes and took a deep breath.
Glipy with disappointed face turned around. But a strong arm wrapped around her waist and turned her around forcibly.
Suppressing the anger rising within him, he hooked Glipy's chin and tried his best to keep his voice calm.
"Glipy, I trust you. But I can't trust the other guy because you are too beautiful". She took cute in his words and a helpless and affectionate smile replaced the aloof on her face.
Her eyes softened and said, "Trust me!"
His lips captured hers with a kiss. Exerting some force, the tip of his tongue pried her teeth open and slowly circled around the walls of her mouth. His technique was skilled and superb as he attacked her relentlessly.
Glipy clutched his shirt tightly. She was panting and her face was flushed. Sundar wrapped his arms around her waist and hug her.
