"Damn it!" A ferocious expression appeared on Jasmi face glaring at the security guard. "I told you, I am Leo Enterprises Daughter's friend. Let me get in". Jasmi tried her best to maintain her regular tone.
"Sorry. You can't get in without an invitation card" The security guard said earnestly.
Jasmi sighed frustratedly as she walked out from the Lotus Hotel. When she was about to wave down a taxi, a dazzling black sports car stop towards her.
A man with prominent features, formed exquisitely like an artist's most perfect work of art stepped down from that sports car. He wear a custom-made suit and had a burgundy-colored handkerchief placed in the front pocket of his suit, and was extremely good-looking.
"Wasn't …This…. Ryu Shyam?"
Jasmi had never seen him before. However, she knew him as the Director of Olls group who always appeared on television and in magazines. Moreover her best friend has an interesting relationship with him.
As an idea came to her mind, a faint smile crept over the corners of Jasmi's mouth. With cross arms, as if strutting on the catwalk, she swayed as she walked until she stood in front of Shyam.
Slightly tilting her head, Jasmi squeezes a smile and says, "Hello, Director Ryu".
Shyam silently scanned Jasmi from head to toe without revealing even the tiniest bit of expression before he turned to leave.
"What's wrong with him?" Jasmi mumbled. She rushed to block his path, before he could enter the entrance of the hotel.
"I am Naina's best friend, Jasmi" Jasmi said hastily. She can see a slight emotion flicked in his eyes.
Shyam looked at Jasmi with suspicion. A profound depth and a penetrating sharpness.
Jasmi slightly felt uncomfortable with his gaze. Jasmi faked a gasp and said, "Don't you know Slm Naina?". There was a pause, after which she said, "There is no way that you don't know her. Your man kidnapped her in first place and then you want to be friend with her, asked out for lunch." Her eyes smiled when the name 'Naina' affected him.
Observing his expressionless emotions Jasmi couldn't help but admires him inwardly, "No wondered he is a successful businessman". Shyam utters silence so Jasmi fell silent for a seconds before she said goodbye with a small smile.
"Wait....Jasmi right?"
Jasmi turned around and looked behind her with interest.

Naina stepped out of the cab and dashed into the hotel the moment she arrived. She stood beside the guard's house and spotted Jasmi standing several feets away from her.
Jasmi waved her hand when her eyes caught Naina walked over towards her.
With helpless gaze Naina asked, "Jasmi, What happened?"
"Relax, My friend....You are still not having your dinner. Right?" Jasmi asked as she linked arms with her. Naina's eyebrows flicked up casually and said, "You called me out to have dinner with you".
"Actually.... with someone" Jasmi said in audible voice then a cheeky grin appeared on her face.
"What are you saying?" Naina did not understand what she was saying. Naina shook her head and before she could say anything, she heard a familiar voice coming from behind.
"With me... "
Naina turned her head abruptly as if she had been struck by a thunderbolt. Indeed, Shyam was standing not too far away, staring at her. Shyam appeared beside her without any warning. She was shocked and asked, "What are you doing here Director?"
Naina gazed at her friend who was trying not to look at her face. All her energy drained out when she tried to avoid bumping with him. "How did the night turn bad so soon?" She cringed in her head, almost at the point of tears. Anxiety filled all over her eyes as she kept staring at her friend.
Jasmi who was closely observing Naina's reaction, finally came to realise something is going on between her friend and the successful businessman.
