It was raining heavily. The leaves blown by the wind fell into the puddles and swirled around.
"Please have a tea...." Sundar served the tea.
"Thank you." The lady accepted the tea and thanked him. She lowered her head and looked at the teacup. Her eyes were innocent and her movements were graceful and unpretentious.
"I am so sorry" Sundar apologised again.
"No, it's okay!" The lady replied and took a sip of hot tea. She slightly curled her lips feeling the warm of the tea. It was like a great comfort to her.
Sundar eyes softened looking at the woman infront of him. She looked like an ordinary woman in her outfit but she was a beauty to behold. She appeared delicate and frail, as if she would break with just a slight touch.
Few seconds of awkward staring passed when he was brought back from his reverie as she lightly cleared her throat.
"Hi! Let me introduce myself. I am Ryu Sundar"
"I am Dos Glipy" The lady put down her cup and subconsciously tucked her fingers into her sleeves.
The atmosphere in the room was awkward, none of them spoke to the other.
"Where are you from? I heard earlier that you came from very far place" From nowhere he broke the silence with his question.
"Yes, I am from X village. I came here for my works" Gipy answered with a friendly smile.
"Is it okay if I asked you what kind of work?" Sundar cautiously asked.
"I am high school teacher. I got my posting here. I searched a close area to my school. I got this and it's kind of messed up" Glipy said in displeased tone.
"Don't worry! I will hep you" Sundar said with a gentle tone.
Glipy pushed a small smile and asked in different tone, "Are you Mr Judge?"
Sundar lightly chuckled, "Yes, I am Mr Judge. Actually I work as a judge in X court right now. That guy used to address me like that. It's kind of funny right!" Their conversation become more comfortable.
"No, I am just asking" Glipy instantly replied.
"It's okay! No worries" Sundar said.
After a while Glipy stood up and said, "Thank you. I will go now".
"Where are you going?" Sundar asked as he followed her movement.
"I think I would go to hotel" Glipy replied.
"No. You can't!" Sundar abruptly said making Glipy gave a confused look at him. "What I mean is, it's getting late and the rain....it's raining hard. Why don't you stay here?" Sundar spoke in convincing tone.
"No! No! It's fine. I will manage" Glipy replied.
"Don't worry. I have a guest room. You can stay there. I still feel bad about that and if you really forgive me please stay here" His gaze was pleading.
Before she could utters a single word Sundar hurriedly said, "I will take your luggage from outside"
"But...." Glipy opened her mouth to say something but Sundar movement was much faster.

"If anything happens, please knock me. My room is opposite to that corner. I will let you rest now. Good night!" Sundar said.
Glipy nodded and said, "Thank you"
As soon as the door shut closed, Glipy lay down on the bed and closed her eyes.
Meanwhile Sundar climbed his bed to sleep. He unconsciously tore a thin smile remembering her cute act where she peek from her eyelids at him when she took a sip.
He felt little touched with her personality. Even though she got slap unfairly she didn't complaint or furious. She was calm like a river. Any random girl would be furious about the scene earlier. He feels like he need to protect her.
