A youth with short black hair, pale skin, and dead black eyes sat on a couch eating top ramen with the light from a TV screen reflecting off of his eyes. A pretty lady was shown on the screen saying something.

"Today is the day that the newest vrmmorpg game is being released, World X. This truly marks a turning point in history. I will now speak to the the CEO of X-core the producer of World X, Gavin Flanagin, live about his thoughts on the game."

A man in an expensive looking business suit walked in and sat down across from the reporter. "Hello, I'm happy to be here today."

The reporter spoke again, "We're happy to have you too Mr. Flanagin. Do you mind if I ask you some questions?"

"Not at all."

"Thank you, so first of all what do you thi-"

The reporters words were cut short by the TV turning off. The youth set down the remote and continued eating ramen. His face remaining expressionless.

This day marked the beginning of a very long story.
