Kathy's Pov
-Flashback-
Since I was a kid, I always knew what being scared felt like. Your heart beat faster inside your chest, your forehead started to get sweaty, your hands and feet started to feel cold, you started to get dizzy and you suddenly can't hear anything. That's what it felt like when my Dad raise his hand for the first time to me, that's when I finally had the courage to step out and covered my mother with his fist. I still remember it clearly how my Mom shouted my name and with a loud cracking sound, my head was on the floor and I was unconscious.
