Kathy's Pov
-Flashback-
My heart was beating faster, I can even feel it pumping in my chest. I know I've seen Jack a thousand times but today, with a friend beside me, it somehow make me feel so nervous.
Is this even normal?
"Who's that?" Alice asked.
I look at her and smile awkwardly, "I... Hehe I uh—"
"Damn, he looks hot." Alice said making me look at Jack again, he was walking towards us. "Is he a business man? Because the looks from those suit and tie, he certainly looks like one."
I was speechless, I was lost for words, I don't know if I should tell Alice that the man coming towards us was a friend or not.
Jack was only a few inches from us, I wanted to grab my phone and run but I'm too stunned to do anything.
"Kathy." Jack called and he looked at Alice. "I'm Jack." He said and took out his hands. Alice was glad to shook it, "I'm Kathy's Friend."
