Kathy's Pov
After doing my nails, I went home and call Alice.
She answered on the second ring, "Hey." I greeted.
"Hey, took you long to get back home. Where you went?" She asked as she shove lots os pretzels on her mouth.
"I decided to do my nails. I mean look at it, isn't it adorable?" I said and showed her my nails. "I love it, it looks simple and elegant."
Alice laughed and said, "Says the one who doesn't want to do much on the date." She raised her eyebrows and plastered her teasing smile.
"Oh hush," I said, "I'm just trying to look nice and beside this is my second time trying to look nice."
"You never make an effort not unless it's Jack Bonneville." Alice chuckled and shove her mouth with pretzels again.
"Shut up, Alice." I rolled my eye and flop myself on my bed, "I'm doing this for myself."
