Danzo hated staying home and that's why he had moved out of the country years ago and had only come back for Indigo's eighteenth birthday which was a week ago and since it was over, he was thinking of going back.
He had wanted to tell Indigo himself that he was leaving tomorrow only to find out the little troublemaker did not go to school at all. At first he was angry but then things changed when he smelt that scent.
He couldn't think straight and all the anger he had vanished. He was disappointment when he didn't find the mysterious person his sister kept on blabbering about.
They got home and everyone was present. Lucinda had already prepared supper and was just dishing up. She told everyone to come to the dining room and dished up for everyone. They all sat down to eat.
"I am glad that all my babies are here in one place." Lucinda said breaking the silence.
"Yes you are right mom." Indi agreed.
"Look at you so grown up now, all that's left is for you to go and find your mates." She said getting emotional and the table went quiet after that and only then did Lucinda realised that she had mentioned mates worse with Luciano in the room.
"You know Luciano since you are the future alpha you will have to mate with someone eventually." Lucien spoke up.
In order for a pack to prosper and grow, it needed both the Alpha and the Luna. The Luna to their kind was seen as the mother and nurturer of the pack. She was the Alpha's strength and every Alpha with it's Luna was well respected by the people.
"Well father we had agreed that I will take over the pack when am 28 and I believe I still have years left for that to happen and I would like it if we never have this conversion again." Danzo said getting up and leaving.
He hated how his father was constantly nagging him about the same issue again and again. The moon Goddess denied him his mate now he's forced to take another more like choose another woman because of this throne that he doesn't even want.
He was getting angry and he wanted to change into his Lycan. It had been long anyways. He went outside their big mansion and ran into the forest changing into his Lycan.
For generations the wolves had thought that the Lycans had gone extinct but that was not the case. The moon Goddess had created three kinds of wolves.
Them being Black wolves, White wolves and the Lycans and a lot happened which caused the rest of their kind to think that the Lycans were extinct, they had fallen and only the black and white wolves were the only ones left.
He howled to the moon and looked at it until it started raining. This was the day he had lost his mate, the day everything changed for him. It reminded him of the pity he received which he hated so much.
There were some who mocked him but he proved to them that with or without a Luna he was going to be the best Alpha he could be. He was disgusted at how the female Lycans threw themselves at him because they wanted to be Luna.
"You can come out now Avery." He said getting annoyed of her hiding. He had changed into his human self.
"So you knew that I was here all this while." Avery said smiling.
"Yes, you did a bad job of trying to hide your scent and hiding."
"You always found me even when we played hide and seek." Avery said sitting next to him. For as long as she could remember, Avery had a crush on Danzo and just like every girl she dreamt on becoming Luna.
She had found her mate when she had become of age but she rejected him because she loved Danzo and only Danzo plus what could a human mate offer her.
They started to talk about their childhood and how close they were back then. Avery was sad to find out that Danzo was leaving tomorrow but she didn't want to show it to him.
They went home together after a while and Danzo packed up his things to go back to his empire. The one he had built with his own hands without his family name involved.

Alana woke up very late and didn't even go to school. She felt that something had changed inside of her. She went to the mirror and looked at herself.
Her hair looked longer than usual but that wasn't it, she felt strong and confident. She bathed and went to join the others.
"Morning guys." She greeted them going for the refrigerator to get some milk for her flacks.
"Someone's in a good mood today." Blaire said looking at the whistling Alana.
"Morning my baby how are you." Helena greeted.
"Am fine Nana and how are you. Where's aunt?"
"Am here." Raizana made her entrance looking good as always.
"When did you get a tattoo Lana?" Blaire asked her as she hadn't seen that before.
"What tattoo?" Lana asked confused.
"That one a bit below your neck."
Everyone's eyes immediately went to Alana's neck and they saw a small tattoo of wolf howling to the moon.
"What do you mean?" Lana was starting to panic now.
"There's nothing there, Blaire is just playing a prank on you right Blaire?" Helena said giving Blaire a look.
"Y-Yes." Both Blaire and Raizana agreed but Lana wasn't buying it so she went to anything close to the mirror and she looked to find what looked like a wolf howling to the moon and screamed.
"What is that? How did that get on my back?"
Everyone went quiet because they didn't know what to do or what to say.
"Wow I love it very much. Thanks Nana I know you all did this, but how did you know I love wolves."
They all pretended to be shocked at the tattoo and they left it at that and Alana found the tattoo so cool and was happy. She took it better than they expected.
Raizana and Blaire left after a few days. Alana continued to go to the school she hated the most but this time with a different attitude.
After passing her High school she decided to study outside the country and weird things were happening around her ever since her sixteenth birthday.
Like when she cried it rained, when she was happy it became sunny and flowers around her bloomed. She hadn't noticed that until someone pointed it to her so she cried just to prove it and it rained. She was really shocked and called her Nana to tell her that and she said she was being crazy and she never told her anything weird happening around her again.
She studied very hard until she obtained her degree. She had been out of her mother country for four years and now she was going back and she couldn't be more happier.

Danzo Luciano King stood by his glass window with hands on his pockets and looked at the city lights thinking that it was now time to go back home.
After all the arrangement he had made with his father was that he can take over his father's reign when be turns 28 and now had turned 28.
He was disturbed by the knock on his door, he wondered who it could be so early in the morning. The workers usually arrived an hour later.
"Come in." Nancy his PA came in.
"G-good Morning sir, I came to drop these off." She said dropping the files and running away from him. Danzo had that effect on people. People respected him and they were afraid of him. He was a ruthless and very arrogant SOB.
He checked the time again and now it was 6 am and he flight was at 10 am. Now he had to take over the Kings Enterprises the multi billionaire company or companies his ancestors had started years ago.
He called in a meeting to give out his final orders to his employees. When the employees heard this they were very scared as they thought they were surely going to get fired but when he addressed them they were relieved. No one was getting fired.
Danzo had now placed a good friend of his as the new CEO of his company. He finally went to his jet and headed back home.
