Dan was spread over the tree stump, leaning against the small sprout. Surprisingly, the sprout that's only a finger wide is extremely strong. It's a foot high, has a single red leaf, as thick as a man's finger.
A cushion laid on this measly sprout, Dan reclined on it. There was no rush, not even a fur or a linen on the white tree stump. Dan's bare hands laid flat on the age old stump. The occasional blood drop still did not spill out.
Sasha left to take care of remaining business, while Raul and all the wolves saved the princess laid around Dan protectively.
