1 can Green Beans, Canned. You can do it the hard way but.. hey..
1 tbsp Ground black pepper, cracked is better.
1 tsp garlic (not garlic in oil)
4 strips Bacon
1 Roma tomato
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup butter
Instructions:
Fry bacon, dice it. into 1/2 in bits or larger, that's your preference.
Take seeds out of tomato and then dice it.
brown the butter in the skillet with onions, then add green beans (drained or dry, if dry, make sure they've been de-stemmed.
Add garlic, pepper, butter. Stir in a skillet, kick it around don't let anything burn and make sure it cooks the beans. When beans are nearly done, Add tomato and cook them until stewed (2-6 minutes on average by my experience.)
suggested that you use slotted spoon or tongs to plate them, butter/bacon grease doesn't need to make it onto the plate. Don't pour onto the plates.. (speaking from experiences)
