Yes. I decided to add this, Someone asked me for a Salad in the book.
INGREDIENTS:
■ ROMAINE LETTUCE - 1 head
■ Caesar Salad Dressing - 2 oz per head. (I prefer creamy, Lite-Caesar dressing also works)
■ Parmesan Cheese - 1 cup per head.
■ Croutons* Optional - 1/4 cup per head.
■ Grilled or Fried Chicken Breast* Optional - As desired.

The recipe is easy, if not a little boring.
Salads are what you put into them. Caesar Salad is suppose to be Greek/Roman, by that I mean that it was created in a time where Excess was prioritized and glorified.
Set the Romaine lettuce down on a cutting board and cut down the length into long ribbons, then, turn it to the side and cut the long slips into 3 to 5 pieces, your lettuce should be long~ish and ribbony-like.
Place the lettuce into a large mixing bowl.
Add 2 oz of Caesar Dressing, 1/4 cup of shredded parmesan, 1 tbsp black pepper.
Fold with spatula or spoon until consistent.
plate the salad or put into a bowl.
add 1 cup chicken bits *optional
Add 1/4 cup Croutons* optional
Add 1 dash of pepper to the top.* Optional
Sprinkle Parmesan as garnish* Optional
