All the formalities were checked thoroughly and carefully as she made his way back to her parents. For a brief moment she felt a lump in her throat then tears trying to streek down her cheeks, she tried to hold onto the tears not wanting to look like an emotional freak, dhe was doing quite well suppressing her tears until her mom hugged her. She looked at the black SUV parked just three steps afar from her, she whimped and hugged her mom again and went into the SUV. Hopping in she saw her father holding onto the brown steer and mimicking a highway drive. "I'm driving you to Louisville" he said still holding the steer firmly.
"Daddy I love you" she said and kissed her Dad on the cheeks as he got out from the car.
"This is the final boarding call for passengers Hayley Lavigne, Frank Smith, Martin Brown and Avril DuFort booked on flight 346A to Louisville, USA.Please proceed to gate 3 immediately , the final checks are being completed and the Captain will order for the doors of the aircraft to close approximately five minutes time, this is the final boarding call for Avril, Hayley,Frank and Martin" . Avril quickly made her way to gate 3 as she heard the announcement for the third time and this was the last announcement.
In less than ten minutes the plane was taxiing on the taxiway and soon caught up in the air .
Avril opened her backpack and brought out her laptop as she ordered for her meal. Unlike many teenagers who felt nervous on flights and specifically on Business class, she didn't. She had always been on either First or Business class during flight trips, but this time was different because she was going to live in a different place away from her parents for the first time in her life. Avril always posed a positive demeanor and good sense of humor, she had long hair that had been tied into two buns giving her a childish face and even more making her look cute and innocent.
Her face was smooth and shiny with cherry red lips and long nose. She was a brilliant lad as well and seemed perfect except for her Asthma and 'Bad side'. The air stewardess brought her the food and she started gobbling them up and watched some soap operas before sleeping.
It didn't take long for the flight to land and to Avril it looked as if she had just shut her eyes for a minute, she was being escorted by a air stewardess as she got down from the flight and proceeded with her luggage retrieving. The whole process took about twenty minutes and it was almost 6:00 AM, she hopped into a white Bentley that was waiting for her and looked the window as the car sped down the street heading to Lyndon. She wasn't much of a talker neither was the driver and silent continued until they reached a white house with a pool at the front yard with ducks quacking around. She stepped out of the car and opened the front gate which had a metallic door handle and a code bar with a card slot. The driver approached Avril and handed her a black card with her picture on it , " This is your house from now onwards" he said and entered the car speeding through the driveway and eventually disappearing out of sight. Avril inserted the card and a beep sound was heard followed by the sound of gate opening. She turned back once again and entered after which the door closed .
