Chapter 4 - Chapter 3: The troublesome light

Where in the world am I? Samantha tried to ask herself, but so down she didn't quite know herself and neither did anyone seem to be visible to even ask. Where do I always happen to land myself again and again?

The view was so desperate from the place she had landed herself in the first place. The red all sky was all the same, but this time there was a sun, so distinct from the one it always shown in the hometown. There laid a pillar in-front of her, letters in Latin inscribed all over. She walked through the iron-rusted gate and moved towards the pillar, she heard a queer screeching sound, she looked around but still no one was in view. "I am clearly tired, well enough to hear an invisible sound though" her mumbled voice created the fog in the cold air.

'Creeeee eeee' the sound once again reached to her ears. "Now, I'm not" she tried to locate where the voice came from, around the thorny bushes something was moving. As she came nearer to the movement, a tiny little hedgehog jumped out in the way. It became clear; the sound was from the adorable animal quite there. "Oh my dear, queer than the noise you're so charming" The moment the words faded from Samantha's mouth, the hedgehog started pacing towards the stairs opposite to the pillar, down and down. All of sudden from nowhere a black figure, hidden in a cloak started immerging from the staircase, hunching towards the back, Samantha took hold of the tree. Quite frightened she tried to run but somehow she couldn't. The glare of the eye in the figure wasn't visible but in some-way it was repelling. The figure approaching got so close that Samantha didn't mean to but in sake of defending herself, she picked up the sharp big stone beside her and aimed it at the cloaked figure. It was going in the right direction, until within a reach of one millimeter it repelled. Yes, without any force it repelled. At first she didn't believed that such a thing could happen, but deciding not to waste much time she took ahold of another stone, a blunt one. She aimed it again but yet one more time, it drastically repelled.

Not being able to do anything, she started to back-off in a slow and obscure way. Now the figure was quite close enough. The hood started to descend; the face slowly came into the view. The face pale red, teeth's crooked out, eyes popping in black looking like a raccoon, white on the forehead and a necklace with a… ''Please leave me, I'm a little kid, how could I possibly harm you'' remarking the words she thought about her stony action." But leaving her aside, it moved the way forth towards the pillar, towards the inscription. Marvello Marvello indeed, "I need the child and a child is here," turning towards Samantha, he paced "Are you the pure descendant of King Neoptolemos" Samantha shuddered and said No, I'm not, I am not a part of any royalty, I would like but so the truth I'm not. "You're not than what is your work here my young lady. It's not a good place for a good lad like you, come with me" Forcing upon the looks or the Intentions Samantha didn't want to believe him. How can I believe a person who looks so horror and is not my known? Neither the place is, a voice rose upon in her head. You should go; it was all clear until a flash came. A strong light, Ya enough to make a person blind, Samantha hid her face behind to completely block the light. The figure disappeared screaming behind. A moment or two, there was an uttered silence and a hand appeared on Samantha's shoulder.
