Chapter 51 - Chapter 50

"We are done, Sin," Hancock informed him when he appeared before them.

Around the two ladies were seven sacks, all filled to the brim. And Sin picked them up before he carefully flew towards the Ship.

Momonga's heart ached as they watched Sin making round after round, dropping loot on the Black Pearl.

His patience was running out too as he had heard sounds of battle happening on the streets near the beach.

The Marines who had started waking up were being put back to sleep, but this time, with physical force.

And he was sure that the last scream he heard was that of Shuzo.

Bastille too was keeping his hand on the handle of his blade, ready to cut Augur at the Momonga's signal. But just like his senior, he too was not confident that they would be able to take them all down.

They thought that the Blackstar Crew would take several hours to loot the Island, but these Pirates seemed a little too organised. It was so clear that this heist had been planned meticulously, and right now, just after 90 minutes since their arrival at the Island, they seemed to have accomplished their task.

The reinforcements could not possibly arrive for another two hours. And by then, these Pirates would have safely escaped from here.

But then to their dismay, the Pirates started looting ammunition and other useful things from Momonga's ship, showing no haste in escaping.

"Damn you!" The Vice-Admiral gritted his teeth as he watched it happen, and the smirks on their faces ticked him off some more.

"Where's Bonney?" Bepo asked after everyone gathered on the beach.

"She is rummaging through the restaurants," Robin informed him, and everyone chuckled at the Pinkette's bottomless appetite.

Their heart's nearly jumped in their throats when Robin suddenly turned to look towards the North.

"Someone's coming!"

She sounded very serious, and the crew knew that only true danger could make her sound this serious.

They only had to wait for a few minutes before they caught sight of a small boat approaching the shore, having safely entered through the Lightning Cage.

The boat was small, black, and shaped like a coffin. There were candles on it as well, burning in a green fire. The mast resembled a large crucifix. It had black sails, and in the middle was a seat, where a man was sitting with his eyes closed, hands folded, and resting in his lap.

"Bepo, set sail," Robin commanded, and then signalled to Kuina and Hachi to go with the Bear-Mink.

"What is he doing here?" Bastille spoke in disbelief, but Momonga got over his surprise and then immediately drew his sword before rushing at Robin.

He was fast, very fast, but still not fast enough.

The younger Black narrowly dodged his blade and then twisted in the air before landing a solid kick on the man's face.

The impact not only made the receiver wince but also everyone who heard it.

Momonga was sent tumbling away, but immediately recovered and then sent out a very furious and sharp Air Blade at the Black Pearl.

Hancock intercepted the attack, taking it head-on, and then her eyes burned in an ominous Purple Flame.

"Protect the Ship, I will handle them." Robin stopped her friend from unleashing destruction and rushed forward to meet two Marines head-on.

Her body dematerialised into Frostflame, and then she took the form of a fire spirit. A maiden made out of the fire, and the new members of the crew were seeing this form for the first time in their lives.

Momonga and Bastille were dismayed when the Air Slashes they sent her way ended up freezing right before they disintegrated.

They did not even get time to collect their thoughts as a wave of Frostflame washed over them, giving them no chance to escape.

When the fire cleared, two statues of the Marine Officers were revealed, but soon cracks started appearing on them and the Icy layers started breaking.

Robin was not the one to wait for their enemies to recover, she had already arrived right in front of them, and she landed a kick on Momonga's head, sending him flying metres away, and then sent the massive Bastille flying too with a punch.

However, instead of rushing at them, she turned to look at the man who was standing on the beach, far away from her, and whose hawk-like eyes seemed to see everything very clearly and very closely.

"Hawk-Eye!" Momonga winced in pain as he got back to his feet, and loudly shouted at the man who had arrived on the Island.

He was obviously asking the man with the large black sword on his back to help them, but his words were completely ignored.

Robin was a little relieved in her heart that Dracule Mihawk was not attacking them, and she could guess why.

She had seen how Sin had allowed the Warlord to approach the Island, letting him pass through the Lightning Cage, and right now, her brother was watching everything happen from the sky.

Returning her focus to the battle she was having, she swiftly turned around to block the sword of Momonga, who had used Shave to appear behind her.

A pillar of Frostflame erupted from under her feet, engulfing Momonga with her, and then a Frozen Vice-Admiral was once again sent flying.

However, this time, as soon as he landed on the ground, a wave of Frostflame washed over him, adding icy layers and more layers on the already petrified Marine.

Bastille was alarmed when he saw the state of Momonga, and he hesitated to approach Robin. He could see that he was no match for her.

Due to their battle, several unconscious Marines and civilians had already been harmed and the rest had started waking up.

Robin was about to rush at Bastille to finish him too, but Sin suddenly grabbed her midair and then dropped her on the Black Pearl.

Everyone else was on the deck too, with their ship already sailing away from the Island.

"Sin!" Hancock called out in alarm when their Captain suddenly left in a bolt of lightning and landed in front of the Greatest Swordsman in the world.

"Sin said that Hawk-Eye won't let them leave of he did not stay back, and Black Pearl would be harmed if that happened." Bonney lightly spoke, and everyone felt their hearts sink.

"Is he that strong?" Kuina pensively asked.

"They don't call him the Strongest Swordsman in the world for nothing." Hancock clenched her fist. "Sin can not win against him today."

"What?" The words dismayed Kuina, Hachi, and Bart.

To the three, Sin was ridiculously powerful, and learning that there was something out there even more powerful than him was nothing less than a shock.

Everyone turned to look at Robin, who was standing a little away from them, staring at the beach that was getting farther and farther away.

The Lightning Cage ceased as well, and the clouds finally rained the tears they had been holding back.

"Let's store the loot." Robin said as she turned around and then looked at Bepo. "We are heading to Nanatsu Islands." She ordered.

"But Sin..." Bepo worriedly spoke.

"He will catch up." She assured them with a light smile and then headed towards the Captain's Quarters to retrieve the Eternal Pose for Nanatsu Islands.

"Get to work." Hancock sternly said, and everyone immediately abided by Robin's orders.

Back on the Holiday Island, Sin was engaged in a staring contest with Mihawk.

The people of the Island were all up now, thanks to the pouring rain, and even Momonga had managed to break out of the icy-coffin Robin had prepared for her with Bastille's help. However, he was in a very bad state right now, with frostbites all over his skin.

"That was quite an ambitious feat for a Rookie crew." Mihawk finally smiled and said, drawing out the blade on his back.

"I am an ambitious man." Sin prepared himself as he knew that a battle was inevitable.

"You are good with your swords, I hope."

"I still have a lot to learn." He lightly smiled as he drew the Seven-Star Sword from his back.

Mihawk curiously looked at the blade, which was unlike any other sword he had seen before. And then his eyes settled on the Odachi that Sin had not drawn.

Sin could see that Mihawk wanted him to draw the blade that reeked of blood, but it was not a blade meant to be drawn in a duel.

"I hoped to test myself against you one day, but this day had come a lot sooner than I wanted it to." He smiled before he took a deep breath and started imbuing the Seven Star Sword with Armament Haki.

As if on cue, both of them lunged at each other at the same time, and as soon as their blades clashed, shockwaves spread all around them, and those with weaker wills started feeling dizzy.

The deadlock only lasted for a few seconds before Sin was ruthlessly pushed away, his arm trembling, but his smile only brightened as he rushed at Mihawk once again.

Sounds of clanks kept ringing, and shockwaves kept erupting from the two dancing Swordsmen, even harming their surroundings.

Those who were watching the battle wisely stepped back, not deciding to stay close to the two monsters.
