"The only male I love from east and back?" paced the floor of my office as I thought about the words of my Ika. No scratch that. He's not my Ika.
He might be my Ika, but that doesn't mean I'm going to acknowledge him as one. No, I'm not.
There's no way I will allow myself to get treated the same way twice, by those the gods thought to pair with me.
I look at the laptop on the table as my face is filled with guilt. I can't believe I got myself off with pictures that weren't 100% that of my Ika.
Just thinking of that made me want to howl in rage, or better yet, change into my other self, and fly to a faraway place.
You should have heard the skip of my heart when he tried to get naked in front of me. Then, I did bite my lips to prevent my other half from coming out to claim his Ika.
I can't have that. At least not at a time like this.
"Dark!"
I ran a hand through my hair as I thought about not only the person I'm likely in competition with, but the fact others are likely looking at the picture of my Ika, and wondering how he looks in real life.
No, I can't have that.
I might not be ready to acknowledge him— I don't think I'll ever be ready— but that doesn't mean I'm going to allow others to gaze at his naked body.
No, I can't allow that.
I won't sit by, and watch others gaze at him with a look akin to that of lust.
No, it's not possible at all.
I walked into the restroom I have in my office, and righted my clothes. I made myself look presentable before I left the office, and headed straight to Dozzy's Office.
"Good day sir." He greeted me with a smile, but I didn't mirror that at all.
Currently, I had my palm balled into fists, to prevent myself from hitting the stupid human whom my Ika loves more than life itself.
I scoff at that.
I can't believe I'm having a competition with a human.
I resisted the urge to scoff.
Should things come to combat between us, he won't reach half of my powers. Not at all.
"I want you to remove all the pictures on the site."
"All?" He widened his eyes in question.
"No, I mean—" I cleared my throat, "I want you to remove the nudes of Osy."
"They are—"
I stopped him from completing his sentence.
" I know they are not his, and I'm not insinuating that they are his."
When Osy left, I had to check on those small tidbits clue I might have overlooked when I saw the pictures at first.
Truthfully, I was only after the nudes of Osy. I wasn't at all concerned about the different skin colours I saw.
"Oh," he made it sound like he was surprised, but I can tell just by his expression that he's not surprised at all.
Undoubtedly, Osy must have told him of the talk we had this morning.
"I want them taken down before the end of your work hours."
"Sir, I have a lot of work to do. Can I—"
"Forget about those damn works, and get what I asked from you to do. I also want you to trace the IP of the uploaders."
Wait until I get my hands on those who were stupid enough to try this stupid stunt with my Ika.
I'll make sure I teach them a lesson of their life; one they will never forget in a haste.
"Okay, sir," Dozzy answered before turning his attention to the computer.
Patience.
I told myself as I watched him start work. No doubt, eager to remove those embarrassing pictures of his boyfriend.
One thing at a time.
I promised myself.
I need to solve the issue at hand first. Subsequently, I'll search for a good way to make Dozzy break up with my Ika.
I might not want him as a lover, but that doesn't mean I'm going to allow anyone to have him either.

I walk out of Dozzy's office, and walked straight to the elevator, only giving my Ika's office door a look.
I intended to go back to my office after this, but on second thought, I decided to check on my workers.
For the past few weeks, I've gotten invested with Osy's case that I hardly check up on my other workers.
And this is likely going to make them lazy. No doubt, they are likely having the time of their life.
Especially that insufferable female that talks more than any parrot I've met. She's the head of the gossiping department in my office; a department I never knew existed until Osy came to work for me— or Meka—
"Can you imagine? I never did peg him as someone like this. He seems so innocent and harmless. Who knew the innocent ones are the most dangerous." I heard one of my female workers say.
" Isn't this what I told you on the first day we met? I told you I caught him giving the guard at the door an appreciative glance."
" Exactly! There was a day I saw him giving head—"
" Wouldn't it be better if you make use of the strength you gossip with, to do something productive in this company?" I narrow my glare at one of the females.
" Good day, sir!" They greeted with force, their faces showing how guilty they feel. Not for talking I'll of another behind their back, but for getting caught at it.
"I'll want to see your resignation letters on my table before tomorrow. I won't want to have gossipers in my office."
Especially those who gossip about my Ika.
" Please sir," they knelt on the floor.
" I want the letters before tomorrow, don't forget." I turned to go, "let this be a lesson to all of you. Should I hear you talk, or breathe about Osy, you'll receive the same treatment as them."
