It was not what Sabrina would call her dream wedding but in light of the circumstances, it will have to do. They needed to get it done in order to save Kavan from combusting and being consumed by his sudden acquirement of dragon powers.
Dashen and the nine other elders surrounded them and started chanting the ancient rites binding Sabrina to Kavan and Kavan to Sabrina. Sabrina held on to Kavan and looked into his eyes. He recognised her and had calmed down, letting her hold his hands and ignoring the elders around them.
"What is happening Sab? I don't feel so well," he said.
"Don't worry, it will be over soon and after this, you will feel so much better," Sabrina told him. She doesn't really know what to expect.
Will turning him immortal actually help or will it make things worse? She only hope the elders know what they are doing and Dashen's suggestion really worked.
