As Soon as Lucas got close Luther stepped forward and grabbed Mazaya out of his hands. As soon as Luther had her in his arms she snuggled closer to him. He smiled. "My lovely wife is sleeping right now. We had a pretty wild night and my beautiful wife needs rest.". He said to everyone.
Kye was watching with wide eyes. That can't be true she wouldn't. "You're lying what did you do to her? " Kye yelled breaking out of the spell. He was stronger than he was putting on. Luther looked over surprised. He definitely underestimate The God of Light. His wife obviously had something to do with it but that would be a problem for a different day.
"I'm not lying. We did, that's why she's so tired but for your concern I'll try to wake her up." Luther said while gently trying to wake her up. "Baby I need you to wake up." Luther said to Mazaya In his deep voice a few times. Finally after some nudging and him constantly saying wake up she stirred. The pain was instant. This was why she was suppose to stay sleeping. "Please." She cried out. "Mazaya baby I need you to wake up." Luther said again.
"No." she cried while snuggling into Luther. For effect he tried one more time. "Baby I need you to wake up." The pain was just to much and since she wasnt fully asleep she couldn't deal with it. She started to sob into Luthers shirt. Luther started rubbing her back and shhhhing her back to bed. "shhh go back to bed. I'm sorry baby." Almost instantly she fell asleep after he said that. It looked like everything he said was true.
Kye still didnt believe it though. "You're lying. You did something to her and are trying to cover it up." Kye yelled. Luther looked over and before he could reply Lucas did. "Obviously Mazaya is not trying to get away from Luther and she's tired. So when did he lie. It's obvious your broken heart can't take rejection." Lucas's voice boomed around the room. He was tired of The God of light.
Kye was hurt. That was partially what it was. He wanted to marry Mazaya and Loved her. He was a handsome man with his blond hair and aquamarine eyes. He was tall and lean. He always planned on proposing until one day Mazaya told him her dad was forcing her to marry Luther. So he backed off. But even if she did love Luther, She wouldn't do something as reckless as give herself up to Luther though. So he pushed the doubt aside and continued.
He knew this was a risk, but all he had to do was see Luthers reaction to know. Mazaya was smart it would be fine. "Mazaya wouldn't risk so much even if she did love you." Kye said trying to hold off on saying to much. "Are you so sure about that?" Luther asked smirking. Noone would know so it would be fine. "Mazaya would never risk everything by giving you access to her magic just because she loves you. So I know she didnt give you her virginity. So what did you do to her." Kye said loud enough with complete confidence.
All high table members looked at Kye. How close were Mazaya and him? Luther just looked at Kye with hate. He knew to much about his wife. He looked down at Mazaya and brought her closer to his chest. She was his and she would never leave his side again. He would end their friendship. "Why do you think Luther got his memories back. She loved him to much and he promised her his undivided attention when he wasn't working." Lucas said making sure to make the lies on his tongue sound like the truth.
Kye seen Luthers reaction so he knew he made a mistake. He was so worried that she had because of how tired she was that he risked everything by telling one of her biggest secrets. Now he had to make everyone believe that Luther was lying other wise fear would give Luther to much power. He really messed up. People would be to scared if he had access to her power. Everyone knew how powerful she is. It would be worse than when he ruled before.
Kye did a spell and walked out of the hold Luther had on him. Luthers eyes went big. He used alot of power to make sure he stayed. Kye gave a big smile. "Mazaya gave me full power. I am a completely powerful god. You lied about alot. If you had access to her powers I would've never been able to get out of the hold. Make me stay still if you have them." Kye looked at Luther wryly.
If Luther had his full magic and Mazayas he would be beyond powerful. Kye continued. "Listen to me everyone he's trying to scare you but we are all Gods and we will not let him destroy our world like before. If he had access to Mazayas powers he would've been able to kill me. If he had access to Mazayas powers he wouldn't be here right now. He would have access to every dimension that Mazaya only has access to."
