It was clear that he didn't approve me of my plans and was trying hard to let me change my mind.
I knew he was right and what he said were all valid points , but I had already made my decision , so I simply replied , "Yes , Leo, I understand your concerns, but I have made up my mind. In fact, you're right about how I should first find myself a job before heading off to a new city, so I've already submitted my résumé to a few companies, and I'm hopefull that the issue about my job, or lack thereof , will be solved, if everything goes well."
