I was stunned into silence . What was this secret he was going to tell me ? Was he going to tell me that he had been already married before? Or that he had kids from earlier marriage? Why would he say that only now ? All these thoughts were running in my head and I felt sick in my stomach .
Noticing my silence , he chuckled and said , "Relax Issy . My secret isn't something that would destroy our relationship , or at least I hope it won't ."
His words didn't bring me any comfort as I stared at him and said ,"Just spit it out and end the suspense already ."
He laughed at my reply , but when he saw my serious face , he held back his laughter and said ,"It's just that the apartment you rented before with Aurora and Gabby , is technically still your home."
I didn't understand what he was trying to say and simply replied ,"Of course , the two of them will always welcome me if I ever needed a bed to crash in ."
