Days passed and Joshua and I both got busy with our works. I was almost halfway with the bug fixes, and since I was now working from office, it was easier for me to get my doubts cleared about what was expected of the programs.
Zeke had apparently not returned from his business trip, which got extended by another week or so, and I wondered if he was doing it on purpose to avoid me, but knowing that Zeke wasn't so petty to do that sort of thing, I brushed off the thought.
Joshua's dad was indeed a man with a big heart and a very broad minded person, just like Joshua had said about him. He gracefully accepted the fact that my baby wouldn't be sharing their last name, but was still looking forward to call my daughter as his own grandchild.
Everything was going good and life seemed indeed blissful and seemed as though nothing bad would ever happen but good things don't last always, do they?
