Gabby and I had our dinner for two, of salmon and salad, and since I was already tired, said our goodnights and slept off.
The next morning, like every other day for the past week, I thought of going over to Joshua's place, to spend more time with him. After having the breakfast I had prepared for Gabby and I, I out, but before I did that, I wrote a note for her that I would be off to Joshua's place.
Just as I was heading out however, I ran into Roy, who looked at me with surprise. I said,"Good morning Roy."
He wished me back and said,"Good morning Issy, headed somewhere?"
I smiled and replied, "I thought of visiting Joshua's place."
He nodded and didn't say anything, but walked with me silently. Once we reached the ground floor, he said,"Issy, I'm happy for you, and I really hope he treats you right. About the baby..."
I looked at him with raised brows, and he chuckled and said,"Don't do that Issy."
I was taken aback at his reply and shook my head as I said,"What Roy?"
