"Do you want the chocolate or the strawberry flavor Missy?",Joshua asked her and she shook her head, and pointed towards me with her chin, wanting me to choose the flavor for her.
I smiled at her and replied in her stead,"I think she'll like the classic vanilla, right dear?"
She beamed at me and nodded her head, ans Joshua took it as an affirmation, so he said,"Vanilla it is for Miss. Missy then." He turned to me and asked me,"What about you Issy? Blueberry?"
I was surprised that he knew my favourite ice cream flavor, but not wanting to let him feel like he knew me completely, I replied,"I think I'll go for lemon ice cream, if they have any left."
He raised his brows at my choice and I only shrugged in reply, at which, he smiled and turned to Elizabeth to ask her preference. She asked for chocolate chip cookie dough and he nodded amd went ahead to buy them. Elizabeth followed him as well, and I reckoned it was best if she was with him.
