Chapter 125 - Call for Help...

"Gentlemen…

Have you been updated on the latest plans?" Esmonds figure appeared within the Virtual World, directly appearing within the private study room reserved for the future leaders of Africa.

He didn't necessarily use the Full-Dive Body Gear which was stored in the secret underground cave below the Cabin, rather he used the help of Carter to send a holographic form over, similar to the Virtual Intelligences 3D holographic appearance through the bracelets.

"Lord Esmond… are you sure about the revised plans?

Personally… after reading everything, I feel we are pushing the limit." Amadi Dijmon, Ethiopias future leader said, with his eyes wide open."

"Mmm, how so?" unable to sit down, Esmond kept standing, while he told the others to take a seat.

Andre Oumarou from Cameroon spoke up, addressing the issues he'd found in the plans, "My Lord… your desires seem far too out there.

Taking Western Sahara, which is practically a desert, will be hard enough with Morocco insisting it's their land by right.

On top of that, Morocco has many connections with western forces and is involved in global affairs, making it the fifth-largest economy in Africa.

Honestly… it will be a blood bath."

"That's not all…" Mahamat Djibrine from Chad said, as he wished to add something more to the conversation, "Your plans to move into the Sahara Desert and terraform the land to be filled with solar panels, water desalinations, and various factories powered by the energy created will create problems across the east coast of America.

Just from the few global climate models we've gone through while training, I know affecting the climate around the desert will affect the globe as a whole."

"You're not wrong…

But you missed one key part about this."

Everyone watched Esmond closely as a holographic image appeared atop of the conference table, they were all sitting around, with the design of small satellite roughly the size of a tennis ball.

The top of the satellite, that would be pointing out towards space was roughly shaped like the Star of David with 6 points, but this was done to create space for transmitters and receivers that would connect with the other similar satellites.

"Gentlemen, this here is an Atmospheric Weather Control System that'll help deal with climate issues like cyclones, tornadoes and hurricanes.

A similar product is being designed to deal with Tsunamis that will be incredibly useful around the world." Esmond showcased the Atmospheric Weather Control System Satellites before the others, until he realised Hayaan wanted to say something.

"Lord Esmond…

How will you market this to the world?

You wish to be silent and hidden from the world for now, yet these ideas will cause havoc around the world.

Governments will go crazy trying to figure out the technology while scientific organisations will wish to pick your brain apart."

Esmond smiled seeing the true concern in Hayaans eyes as well as the others after he'd pointed out the problems that would arise if the technology was ever made public in the current climate of the world.

"That's why… everything will be split across dozens of corporations who won't have public connection with myself, yet it will be controlled by us secretly.

If people try to find the source of everything they will be hit with dead ends, completely restricting them from learning anything, but certain technology would be made available with time."

Esmond continued to explain his thoughts about establishing a patent organisation with Africa, without any governments being involved and able to manipulate the organisation for their personal gain.

It been done many times before by stronger governments when the particular patents gave them an advantage over their rivals.

He wanted to avoid this, especially across Africa where development was dearly needed, especially with the lack of education, Esmond believed the right educational system would sprout up geniuses throughout the continent who would change the world.

.

"*Sigh* Lord Esmond, where do you want us to start then?

To be fair, we aren't completely knowledgeable on Western Sahara, and the desert in general.

I also saw something about creating cities throughout the Sahara Desert… what's that about?" Gatimu asked, knowing the pressure in the future that would befall him would be immense as his nation would be the site for the Space Elevator.

"My thoughts are to create several smart cities that would eventually house refugees and offer many struggling people an opportunity to create their fortune in up-and-coming cities.

At the same time, I'm thinking about creating a transportation network directly from the dock of the Space Elevator which would allow people to travel freely between the two main points leading the world into the next stage of humanities expansion."

Esmond further explained the desert sand would be largely repurposed after some refining so it could be used in electronics, rather than the fine sands on beaches being bought up by corporations.

Even plans to do the same for the Arabian Desert in the Middle East were brought up, which nearly made everyone in the room scream in agony after realising the work that would need to be done, yet Esmond told them that the Middle East wouldn't be their burden.

"Don't worry… I already have people in place who will take care of the plans for Iraq, Afghanistan, Iran, and the other nations in the gulf." Esmond had already discussed with Rashid to use the Order of Hassassins to takeover the management of the region in the future once the hidden order was in his control again.

Of course, the Order wouldn't be able to use their name as Hassassins publicly, and Rashid had no thoughts about leading a nation so one of the members was currently going through the same training as Hayaan and the others within the Virtual World.

"Any other questions?" Esmond asked, assuming no one had anything else bothering them about his plans, yet Louis Yamissi of Central African Republic spoke up.

"Your actions will lead to war… where many innocent people will fall…

Are you fine with that?" Everyone held their breath, unable to comprehend what was going through their friend's mind to ask such a question, however Esmonds devilish grin scared them even more.

"Louis… there is bound to be death when we want to change the world…

However, that's why my Phantoms will safely guard the innocent, so I can trek through the filth that plagues the world." Esmond said before vanishing from the Virtual World, leaving the future leaders of Africa in awe of their Lords determination to change society.

.

"Has he finally returned?" Esmond returned to the Spatial Ark Star World, moving over to the gates that led into Stovi and Astelan.

"Just about…" Carter was already standing by the gates, completely aware Rahzil had finished the two quests of his task.

Esmond was concerned about Rahzils health after being gone for so long, especially since time still flowed back on Stovi with Isabelle and the others working to develop the world.

The plan was to head back to Stovi already with certain problems arising that needed their attention, yet Esmond waited for Rahzil to returned before heading over.

Just then the gate leading to Astelan decided to ripple open as an imposing figure, roughly the same height as Esmond walked out with his long hair flowing freely with the disturbed wind.

Rahzil wore a traditional hanfu, a long robe which flowed freely from the body, giving him an aura of a leader in Esmonds eyes, though the nonchalant attitude and expression across Rahzils face ruined his persona.

"You were looking like an Emperor… right up until I noticed you picked your damn nose." Esmond couldn't help but laughed at his friend.

"Eh…? I've got something stuffed in my nose.

Should I leave it there and let it bother me or picked it? I think I'll pick it out happily.

And it's not like I'm making you taste it, so stop whining and give me a hug." Rahzil laughed as he gave Esmond a hug.

It looked like two brothers had finally met after a long time however the mood was interrupted by Carter.

"How's it been wasting away resources?" Carter looked like he would pop a blood vessel, but Esmond could tell Carter was glad to see Rahzil again.

He knew the two had their own weird friendship that grew from snarky comments but deep down there was genuine respect and trust for one another.

"Every day I wondered… how much more could I force out of you…?

To my surprise, you delivered… unholy amounts…" Rahzil seemed uncaring of all the materials and work Carter had helped him with over on Astelan, but he was indeed extremely grateful.

The current state of the Exalted Night Heavenly Sect would shock anyone who knew about the poor state it was in previously to the current transformed new world that surprised even the sect members.

Food wasn't an issue that it was previously, including the herbs and potions needed for each sect member to further their strength.

There was an abundance that even the top sects within the region couldn't compare with, if not the entire world of Astelan.

"Enough!

Both of you!

I want to know what you've been up to Astelan, Rahzil, after that you can catch up with Carter." Esmonds stern voice caught Carter and Rahzil by surprise, but they understood and quickly vanished from the gates, heading for the cabin to sit down and talk in peace.

.

"So… what's Astelan been like?" Esmond made himself a drink, grabbing a bottle of Spiritual Infused Essence Scotch for them to all enjoy.

Rahzil grabbed his glass and took a heavy swig before refilling another drink for himself, which kind of caught Esmond and Carter by surprise but neither questioned his actions.

"The power level on Astelan, far exceeds anything I've come across on Stovi…

Immortal beings with the power to fly and destroy mountains with a wave of their hand… its quite exhilarating!!" Rahzil laughed aloud like maniac as he talked about the dangers and adventures, he'd faced in the few months being there.

The sect had changed from its rough state with half broken homes and builds to a very modern set up with holographic training centres and gravity halls to improve the strength of all sect members.

Even the options given to the sect forgers had increased with modern forging equipment that utterly stunned the blacksmiths since their weapons and tools could reach Grades their never thought possible before.

"Seems like you came across trouble though, with the way you're drinking right now." Carter said, having noticed the third glass Rahzil knocked back in a short period of time.

"You're not wrong…" Rahzil said with a heavy face after filling himself another drink, but as Carter was about to stop him, Esmond held him back, "Let him… there is pain filled in his voice…"

"When the Sect conducted their quarterly tournament… certain… people… were invited who weren't from the Exalted Night Heavenly Sect.

Since the competition was held in the Outer Wings of the Sect that is spread across a mountain range, the Wing which I had rebuilt started to become infamous within the Sect itself.

Eventually this news reached the guests who'd come to visit and when the Sect Leader came to tour the Outer Wing in my control… a battle erupted.

Members within the Sect tried to claim the Wing as their own, while the guest wished to understand how it all came to be so… futuristic and advance.

People were taken since people thought they had the knowledge to replicate a similar modern place in the Outer Wings or other Sects completely.

I did my best to save as many as I could, but too many were taken, who are innocent and have nothing to do with the renovation of the Outer Wing.

Right now, I'm exhausted from trying to bring order to both the Exalted Night Heavenly Sect, and the chaos constantly threatening the Outer Wing.

That's why I came back…

I need your help, Esmond."
