Seher was different from other babies she rarely cried she would always be lost in her own world. As being the eldest daughter in-law of the family her mother used to be busy and would always miss feeding her on time but she never cried for that infact she didn't even cared about those things. She would easily go in anybody's Arm and used to stare at him or her. She was different from everyone from binning only, so she never cared if anyone was playing with her or not. But this case was not with all when Seher was 5 months old her father came for the first time for a second she was staring at him as she does with everyone and then suddenly she jumped towards him from her mother's arm with a big smile on her face and hugged him. Seher was a fast learner she never crawled like other babies infact she directly stood on her feet with the help of corners of the bed.
She understood and responded to everything which was said to her or in her surrounding but she didn't used to talk with anyone.she started talking when she was 2 and a half although she talked really less but whatever she used to talk would be really clear and understandable. Seeing these things Zara decided to put her in nersery when she was 2 and a half and her maktab was done (maktab- it's a ritual in Islam that a person who is knowledgeable holds the hand of the child and makes him or her write something) Zara's small brother did that holding Seher's right hand and thus her maktab was done. Seher got an admition in a school named Don Bosco. She went to school but used to cry and her class teacher used to love her a lot she used to take Seher in her arms and teach so that she doesn't cry. When Seher started to write her mother noticed something strange as she started using her left hand instead of her right even though her maktab was done through right.
Time was running like water from hand. Seher was growing faster the place where she was living was not good for her development or her future so Zara decided to leave that place. She and Seher both came to Delhi they discovered a new world. A world where no one cares neither do they have any time for what you are doing. They were good people but they were not those who love to put their nose in others business. A world where everyone mind their own businesses. Seher give exam for first class in 5 schools. And was selected by all 5 of them. Now the most important thing in front of Zara was to decide in which school she should put her daughter. And she decided Amity international. Everything was going really smoothly but suddenly Seher lost interest in studies or I should say she never cared about anything. As till now she was one and only daughter of her parents she got everything without even asking, she thought that everything is easy to get and not to mention she never cared about anything.
But there was one person who holds a lot of importance in her life and that person is her mother. She used to tell every little thing happened in her school to her mother. Her friends used to call her mommy's girl but she didn't cared about those names.
In 2011 Hena decided to shift but the place where they were going was pretty far from Yuh's school so she decided to put her in van. Since Yuh always used to be in her own world she got a lot of comments from seniors in van.
Seher was in 4th Standard on August 12th she joined the van and on her first day she got angry. There was a guy named Sameer he was in 6 standard and was sitting quietly beside the driver after some time the driver picked up a boy and as soon as the boy sat Sameer went off the van and said "if he is going then I am not " the driver begged him not to create trouble but he didn't listen and continued the fight on the other hand Seher was boiling not because she was getting late for school no she didn't even care about that, infact she was exasperated because of the noise he was creating. At last the driver had to call another driver to pick that child after that Sameer got in van and then they were dropped off at their schools.
From the very beginning Seher started to hate him for no reason she always used to be quite, and because of this many seniors got an habit of annoying her but she never responded and would always used to stare at them. By this time she knew one thing that the boy named Sameer holds a great power in the van so she never messed with him.
Few days later a new boy named Riyaz joined the van and saw Seher, as always she was lost in her own world. He also started annoying her but she never paid attention to that. There were three vans, every van had children from one area or close to that area. So Riyaz was in other van while Seher and Sameer were in same van. Although Riyaz rarely went with her but he still used to distract her.
Riyaz gave her a name khatmal (bedbug) and made fun of her. It continued for quite long time but suddenly one day Yuh lost her temper and for the first time in her life she argued with anyone. From that day seher's life started to change. she started to get along with people. sameer also stopped teasing her. But Riyaz was same as before.
she always saw how seniors used their age and power to make children listen to them so when she came in 6th she also started doing that. She had been doing well with everyone in the van, and no one used to annoy her except that Riyaz he always tried to find new ways to irritate her. And because of which she became short tempered.
Seher told about this to her best friend Annie very angrily and Annie was laughing at her Anni told to her that "if you want to stop every thing and defeat him then you have to be naughty like him".
On that day she thought about it for a very long time. Next day after her school the driver came first to pick her. She saw no one was sitting in front so she settled there. After some time Riyaz came and asked her to go and sit back but she refused to do that after some time when she didn't listened to him, he sat on her and told her that " if you are not leaving then let's go like this. Yuh got shy and angrily left and went back.
