Dhruv and Bhaswar greeted Hirav and took him to Dhruv's bedroom to speak. Charu offered to prepare some refreshments and bring along.
"Please state your business for visit Lord Hirav." Dhruv's voice carried a sense of authority which was not surprising since Lord Hirav knew his identity.
"I bring upon a news which sounds ridiculous even to my ears, your highness..." Dhruv stayed silent as he observed Lord Hirav's agitated expression. After a short pause, he continued with what he wanted to say.
"I received an invitation from the Imperial Palace for the celebration of the first princess birthday banquet..."
Bhaswar interrupted Hirav as his brows were tied into a tight knot.
"But Lady Dhriti... I mean Princess Dhriti never made an public appearance after that unfortunate fire accident 5 years ago..."
"Yes... rumours has it that she was disfigured during that accident and that she refuses to show her face in public..." Hirav spoke in an understanding tone as he rubbed his chin.
