Native American Western

the beginning of all

In a richly woven tapestry of diverse mythologies, where ancient gods and fearsome monsters roam, a young boy embarks on a journey that will forever alter the course of his life and the world around him. His appearance, as depicted on the cover of my novel, hints at his enigmatic nature—an unmistakable aura of curiosity and adventurous spirit radiates from him. As he traverses varied landscapes, from the mist-clad mountains of Greek folklore to the lush jungles echoing with the legends of Hindu deities, he unravels the mysteries embedded in each mythology he encounters. However, the most intriguing aspect of this tale is undoubtedly the boy himself—a puzzle waiting to be solved. Who is this boy venturing across realms teeming with mythical creatures and captivating lore? What fuels his insatiable desire to uncover the world's secrets? As he delves deeper into these ancient legends, he seeks not only external discoveries but also the truth about himself—a truth that may remain hidden even from his own understanding. Throughout the narrative, readers will encounter a rich blend of mythology, including but not limited to Greek, Norse, Egyptian, Hindu, and Native American tales, as well as many lesser-known legends from cultures around the globe. Yet, as I strive for inclusivity, I am aware that there may still be mythologies and creatures that I may overlook. If there are any mythological elements or cultures you feel should be represented, please share your thoughts, and I will gladly incorporate them into this expanding universe. I invite you to delve into my novel, where every page promises adventure, revelation, and the chance to explore the wonders of both the external world and the innermost secrets of the boy at its heart. Your feedback and suggestions will be invaluable as I refine this journey, so I welcome your thoughts and insights. Thank you for considering this adventure, and I look forward to embarking on it together!

Beast Monster System

500 years ago on Earth, the Apocalypse doomed life on the Blue Planet. Humanity was in a pit of hell as the Strike of Zombies, Mutation of Animals, and Appearance of Monsters happened altogether. Humankind was forced to leave their native planet for an indefinite period. For hundreds of years, humans lived in Arcadia — a planet so far away from Earth that the only way to reach it was through the Portal. For hundred of years, humans coexist with the aardeans — a humanoid race native to the Pastel Planet. After more than three centuries, conflicts between humans and aardeans spark the idea of war. Genocide of humans has always been the clear end to the war. To save humanity from yet another doom, the Leaders secretly formed the Saviors and send them to Earth. Each of the ten members of the Saviors is granted a System for the Mission, including Aksel, who is granted the Beast Monster System. To his father, Aksel is an embarrassment; but he wants to change that — so he joins the Saviors. He determines to end the Apocalypse on Earth so that humanity could return to their native planet and prevent the war against the aardeans. Aksel goes on the Mission optimistically, without knowing what could possibly happen once he sets foot on the Blue Planet. *I don't own the cover art. Credit to the owner/creator. The Drunkard

"This is a fantastic supernatural Western that oozes tension, grit, and mythic heft. Elias Thorne is a fascinating antihero; the curse is sinister, the villains are mundane and eldritch, and the unyielding pressure applies. This is more than another gunslinger story because of the balance of horror, fate, and moral choice; it’s about the will’s ability to fight against the inevitable." Character: Elias Thorne Charismatic, imperfect, and balancing on the line between survival and damnation. His arc is riveting, transforming from reckless gambler to self-sacrificing bearer of the burden. This will make readers root for him and fear for him. The Curse & Its Rules The idea of “borrowed luck” is pretty simple and yet horrifying. The gradual unraveling of Elias’s fortune provides natural suspense, and the Collector as its enforcer makes it all the more ominous. Malachai & The Collector Malachai himself is an intimate, humanistic danger, while the Collector is a more inexplicably dark and inescapable force that lends Elias’s fate a sense of claustrophobia. Their give-and-take maintains the tension. Moral Dilemma  The central question of sacrificing another or suffering the curse himself raises this above a mere survival story. That internal struggle is what will haunt readers. Cinematic Atmosphere: Dusty saloons, moonlit canyons, a town where curses are the currency—it drips with style. It’s a Western at its core but sprinkled with unsettling, supernatural dread. Areas for Enhancement: The Connection Currently, she mainly describes the curse and helps Elias on his journey. Make it personal; give her something to lose. Maybe she wants the amulet back, or she has her own desperate agenda. The Collector’s Voice It’s sinister, but how does it talk? If it had a sense of comedic absurdity, if it addressed him in riddles that pile onto Elias’s decisions, it would be much scarier. More Western-Infused Prose Your world seems increasingly Western, but you could drive the dialogue and narration deeper into the biting, poetic Western voice (Blood Meridian, The Sisters Brothers) and go a long way toward treating the reader to more immersion. [Book Wow Factor] That is a very powerful basis. With just a few tweaks to Selene and the Collector and a touch more Western style infusing the prose, this could be an instant classic. If this were on your shelf, you would snatch it up.
