Today was the day I've been waiting for. The day I get to enter the rising tower. I walked towards the entrance of the tower along with every other kid that wanted to enter. We all stood there waiting and then a black light appeared and took us all. I couldn't see anything and my body started to get heavy. A red spiral appeared and flew into my chest.

I landed in a room full of weapons and armor. There was no one else in the room beside me. I stood up and fixed myself. I looked around the room at the many types of weapons. A few minutes later a short girl with blonde hair appeared and gave me a smile. She pulled a notebook out of her pocket and started reading.

"River Nazlek, You have been chosen to enter the tower. For the first two weeks, you and many others will be completing tests to figure out who has the right to climb the tower and who doesn't. For your first test, you can pick one weapon and one armor set. Once your done a door will appear and you can walk out and receive instructions for your first test."

The small girl disappeared and I looked around the room a little more. There were swords, spears, bows, gloves, and knives. I decided to grab a katana and take a green armor set. All the weapons and armor disappeared and a door appeared. I walked through the door and stepped into a field.

I could see some people around and then a person wearing a black cloak with a hood on appeared and floated above the whole field. They turned their head in all directions and then started speaking.

"Welcome to your first test."
