'By the way System explain to me the multiple Magic Academies in this world'
[In order for Host to enroll onto one of the simple magic academies , it is required to reach middle stage of Mana Materialization in the age of 16 , the most powerful academies in this world only accept geniuses , so if Host can get into the middle stage of Mana Materialization before being 12 years old , Host can enroll in it and have enough ressources until Host ascends into the next plane. ]
' I guess I can get there in 2 years or 3 , depends on how many mana stones I get and what level my cultivation achieves , but for now let's do this quest.'
Meanwhile while talking to the System , Chen Jing already left the city and is going into the Bromwich Forest to complete the Quest.
2 hours later , Chen Jing had finally found the four-headed pythons' location , just as he was about to approach it , He immediatly moved in the right as he felt something attacking him . As he moved , he saw multiple daggers thrown at him .
' Hmm? how could there be someone that could escape my spritual range? wait unless..'
When he turned to look for the person , he didn't find any as he scanned the entire forest , and then he finally let out a sigh of relief.
' So it's a trap setup by someone , but how didn't I notice it? People in this world are really interesting when it comes to hunting.'
As he picked up the daggers , he found a poison that kills almost immediatly any beast under the Mana Materialization stage , which he found quite useful for doing dangerous quests .
As he continued walking into the cave , he found the 10 four-headed pythons fighting a group of mercenaries that were on the verge of death , whilst 8 out of 10 four-headed pythons were severly injured , so he waited until they finished the battle and escaped the forest and went ahead and killed all of the four-headed pythons.
Just as he was about to leave , he found a young man who looked to be around 15 years old , at the same level as Chen Jing , who looked at the beast crystals with greedy eyes , and not paying any attention to Chen Jing ,thinking that he was tired to try to kill him and sow the profits , but this was the biggest and last mistake he made in his life.
" Hehe , You better leave the beast cores here and scram out of here if you don't want to die "
Chen Jing then noticed him , and turned around at him with a look as if he'd heard the funniest joke in his life.
"I'll give you a chance , come here and pick up 5 of the beast crystals and get out of here , if not don't blame me for what's about to happen to you" said Chen Jing with a calm look , while thinking deeply that he wouldn't give him anything anyway , seeing the greedy look on the youth in front of him , while still suppressing his mana advancement stage .
"Hmm? You think that you can kill me? Hahaha. You a mere commoner will try to kill me? well that's if you don't want to die and your whole family died" said the young man with a mocking manner.
" Is that so? well that's great then." said Chen Jing with a grin on his face as he removed the suppression of his mana advancement stage and attacked the youth in front of him.
The youth frowned , he didn't expect that the young man in front of him , who looked like 12 years old to have the same strength as he , who was considered a genius at the age of 15 years old.
" You ! Who are you?!" Shouted the young man.
" Me? Don't worry I won't kill you and you'll propably try to kill me once you head back to beg your 'noble' father to punish me and my whole family , so I'll just cut you hands and throw you somewhere nearby , Oh and by the way my name is Ye Chen ." said Chen Jing with a grin on his face as he went in front of the young man , cut his hands , and walked through the forest furriedly but stealthily to cover his tracks , and threw him in front of a man who seemed to be his guard .
' Hehe , this is what it means killing two birds with one stone' grinned Chen Jing as he flew away from the forest and went straight into the city.
In fact , he didn't care as he wore a mask so he couldn't identify him , and could at the same time get the revenge for this past body's holder indirectly.
