*One week later*
Good to know, they didn't jumble Reissha's life furthermore. Well, that's what she only assumed but she wouldn't believe what will happen next.
The intensity of sunlight suddenly woke up the sleepy head of Reissha. As usual, she ask for 5 more minutes to continue her sleep but Amanda didn't agree. So, she doesn't have any choice but to follow. When she gets up, breakfast is already prepared, the dress she has to wear and her favourite pair of shoes.
"What's for today Yaya?" she asked wearing a confused look.
"Your mom is reaching to call you. She will explain everything, not me."
"Eh? What do you mean? Is there something wrong why—" she hasn't proceed with the words because an unexpected phone rang which is, hers?
Mom calling...
"Hey mom good morning, " she approached.
"Good morning to sweetie. How's your sleep?"
"Great because I'm far from distractions," her voice becomes clear for now.
"O-oh is that so? Uhm so I call you now to...to know if you're okay. It's been a week since we talked and I badly missed you, we badly missed you, sweetie."
"Uhhh how sweet of you mom. I missed you too, you and dad."
Mrs Alfios needs to tell her now but she hesitates in finding the best words not to ruin her daughter's mood. A few talks, questions and kinds of stuff they previously discussed, still she did not grab any chance to make an action.
"Uhm sweetie, may I know if Amanda is informed about something?" Mrs Alfios asked, sputtering.
"Yes and that's what I'm looking forward to. What is it, mom?"
"Alright, you and Amanda are going somewhere," she started.
"And that somewhere is?"
"Won's house, you're going for a visit. You should begin observing him, sweetie." At that very moment, which is a nightmare for her, the wind blows faster and the heavy rain might start to fall. She can speculate not to hear any of it.
"What did you say, mom? Are you that desperate to nudge him toward me?" Surprisingly, the gentleness of her voice evolves to a different one.
"Yes, we are desperate. Please take note of this. If you commence to observe him, it will bring you to fall. After that, there's nothing to worry about, you'll both live happily, don't you like it?"
"Mom, that's hysterical. Haven't I told you that I don't like him! And will never!" She shouted as it's too frustrating.
"Yeah, that's why we're telling you the best way. You will. You will like him, no not just, you'll fall for him," her tone was incredibly eager to make Reissha realize.
"Can we at least bring back the old times? Please do understand me thoroughly, I don't want to, mom."
"But sweetie, none of the arranged couples in our clan failed. You, do understand us, this is for your good. Give him a chance Reiissha, give Won a chance." After that suffocated dialogue, she ended the call and left Reissha's mind occupied.
She faced Amanda who looks so worried. Maybe she's affected by her belle's situation too.
"So what do you think ma'am Sha? Would you accept their command?" Amanda asked interrogating.
"I don't know...I...don't know what to do," said Reissha.
Amanda walked and sat beside her, and then she did what she usually does—comfort her beloved Reissha.
"I think you must follow them. Based on my observations, Elijah is a good guy. He isn't something that irritating or should I say, evil."
"Ahh? You can only say that because you don't know him well," she mumbled.
"Why? Do you know him well?" She asked back.
"No, but that's my impressions to him."
"See? Your mom is right, you have to observe him know who is he. You can only define him by knowing him well, don't settle for what you believe in, observe him and you'll find out his real personality."
That create a bang in her chest and she asked herself, "what was the thing that stops or ceases me to?" and she cannot find it.
"Urgh, I think you and them are right, I will observe him."
Amanda smiled as she witness how soft her belle's heart is.
*At Elijah Won's house*
'Woah, awesome! Why does mom just call it a house while it's much bigger than our mansion? She must be mistaken.' She said to her mind, amused.
"A pleasant morning my dear Reissha!" She doesn't need to look where it was coming from because the voice is too obvious.
"Elijah," she muttered wearing a surprised look.
"Oh, c'mon don't be ridiculous. Your peek seems in love the moment your eyes laid on me." Her daydreaming was halted by this mock from Elijah.
"Eww, probably it's you, mister," she faked a smile.
"A denial one, typically you miss Reissha, my beloved Reissha."
"That damn posture of him makes my nerve damage. How can I get rid of this guy for the whole day? Just thinking about observing him make me puked." She whispered with full of annoyance.
"What did you say?" Her eyes widened as she heard of those.
"You possess the skill of hearing from a centimetres away, right?" Elijah nodded. "Then guess it," she sturdy said.
"What the—!" Then she left him utterly cast down.
At first, she routed her gaze at the entire mansion, through the main hall, ceiling and every corner of it. Next, she went to the kitchen and have some talks with their maids.
"What kind of man is Elijah?" She asked.
The first maid on the line reply, "He is everything you wish for. Someone who thinks the good of other people rather than his own. And despite being the boss here, he didn't treat us rude. He always makes sure to make us mentally stable and hydrated. Not like other riches out there."
"I mean..him? Is that Elijah?" They all laughed.
"Yes, ma'am Sha. And did you know? He often tells us about you. How did you make him flutter, confident and ratified."
"Ahh? I never thought of that. Do I affect him?"
"Yes and hopefully you're the one who can take care of him, our only scion."
This is the hardest part, competing with your own opinion against others. She was stunned and can't find the exact words to overcome.
'Maybe I judge him too much without realising that I'm crossing the line.' She thought.
