*Me listening to Billie's 'Party Flavor' and writing this chapter*

Axel pulled her further and praise be the goddess, she did not fight him or argue except ask where they were going which he said was a surprise.
It had been hard to convince Jethro to get the whole hall empty, not that the man did not want to listen to Axel, no, he liked his head on his neck, he just did not see how he would go on about it until Rin suggested they all went training in the middle of the woods as Raven used to before Axel came.
Besides, Raven had fallen half the trees there, so it was going to be hard for anyone to hide which would make training hard for other wolves which Axel was very much ready to do.
Jordan, on the other hand, was taken on a date personally that Axel had fixed somewhere with Briar who was happy to see him still want Raven even though she was a little witch.
Now....
All that was left was to make her happy.
When they finally reached the outskirts of the woods, she stopped "Where are we going?"
He pulled her and she moved, and though she stopped, he didn't mind "Into the town"
He felt her try to jerk her hands away but his grip was strong and held on "The humans town? I don't.... I don't want to go there"
He turned around "I won't let them hurt you Raven, and besides, I don't think they'd hurt a beautiful woman, you can be rest assured that everything is okay"
"But....."
"But if you feel the least uncomfortable we'd be out and running back home" He cut in, giving her a smile "I promise"
Her eyes seemed to consider trusting him before he felt her calm down and say "Okay, I'm trusting you"
He would have squealed in joy big instead, he just smiled and pulled her out of it.
As they walked, he saw the theater he had last ran out from to save her and smiled before saying "Are you hungry?"
"Huh? We just ate"
He turned around "I meant for hotdogs. Come on"
Before she even formed a reply, he was pulling her and running till they reached a cart and he pulled out some money as the man handed two to him which he turned around and gave her one.
She looked at him warily, as if she wasn't sure to eat it, but she did, taking just one bite before eating it faster.
All he did was stare.
She was done in less than a minute, staring at the one in his hands before he chuckled and handed it over to her.
She muttered a thank you, biting into it as he laughed and ruffled her hair "Glad you pumped now. Cause we have a full day ahead of us"
The first play he took her to.
Was a karaoke club.
Her face had been priceless.
She had scrunched her nose, grabbing onto him "It smells"
He relished under the touch "No. You are just using your wolf nose so their smells are ten fold but you'd get used to it. Come on"
He pulled her over to a seat as two people came on stage, a song coming up "You're a teenager, so you should know this song, but you don't"
"What....."
They began to sing and immediately they did, Raven hissed "They have horrible voices!"
He laughed "That's the fun part"
They kept going off key but they were laughing.
Raven on the other hand, kept hanging dig her nails into him "They're too much humans here. Their smell..."
He turned to her and saw her eyes flash to red for just a minute before he stood up "Come on"
He quickly began to pull her by the hand outside until they were outside before he turned over and held her face by the cheeks "Hey, how do you feel now?"
She had sweat over her face and she looked red but nevertheless, she nodded.
He sighed, now letting go "I'm sorry. I'm used to their smell so I can...."
"It's fine" She cut in.
Well, that sucked.
"Well, the next one was for us going to the cinemas, I guess we can fix the music part later"
"Fix?"
"Dear Raven, I know we wolves have our songs that we love and all, but humans don't sing so bad"
"Um, the ones we just...."
"We're not talking about the ones that sound like they have glass shards stuck down their throats"
She let out a chuckle.
His tension went down an inch at that "Let's just go to the cinema"
There, she had first freaked out about the fact they would be in a hall with about a hundred people till he said he got them tickets for a horror movie that didn't have a lot of people showing up.
"Not that I knew you wouldn't have liked the crowd" He said as they walked into the hall "But I didn't want you screaming too loudly and feeling embarrassed about it second laters"
She had said nothing would scare her.
They ended up making a bet about it.
First person to feel uncomfortable owed the other a massage, and Raven who claimed that touching Axel wasn't in her books swore she wouldn't freak.
After getting the popcorn and smoothy, they walked in and Axel guided them to their front seat.
The movie had already started but it was just the beginning anyway so Axel didn't think it was a big deal
Raven, on the other hand "It's already begun. See, we're late because you...."
"Shhhh!"
Axel nearly burst out laughing as Raven lowered on her seat, having a near sad puppy face and muttering under her breath "I wasn't taking to you guys anyway"
He didn't end up telling her she wasn't supposed to talk loud in a theater, hoping she'd do that sad face again, but she didn't end up talking again.
Infact, she didn't talk through out the movie.
Just faced the screen, at first awed at everything then more excited when the killing began.
Axel watched her eat the popcorn in horror and couldn't help thinking it was possibly the same way the zombies were eating the brain on the screen and when she turned around with some red smoothy dripping down her mouth and gave him a small smile before he lost it and ran out of the theater and they spent the next thirty minutes with her patting his back as he puked his guts out.
When he was done, she had said with a smile "Just for future reference, make sure you pop the right shoulder. It needs dire attention"
He only rolled his eyes.
The next one was them going to a museum.
She stated around at all the paintings, pointing at some like an awe struck child while all he did was nod and smile, because he loved the happiness that flooded her face until she reached one painting and paused at it.
He stood behind her and stared.
It was a wolf, a black wolf sitting at the edge of the river bank, under the moon lit night, fireflies dancing all over, it's paws fluttering in the river with it's gold eyes staring lazily at them.
"Do you like it?" He had whispered softly into her ears.
She had blushed and turned away immediately "They got it wrong. I have red eyes" And then walked away.
Axel had looked at the painting too, standing there for a while before walking away.
The next was the ice cream taking.
He should have warned her anyway, but he didn't see the need to.
It was her first time, and she was happy.
When she had first stated it and her eyes lit up, she had asked for everything that was available and as the guy at the counter realized with shock she was actually serious, Axel had laughed and said they should get her a scoop of everything and he was ready to pay.
When they did, Axel watched her stare at the mountain, possibly evil plans in her head before she began to furiously wolf on it.
People stared, maybe disgusted.
Maybe irritated.
Axel stared at her, pleased.
At a point, she had groaned, holding her temples.
He had leaned close and held her hands, then said softly "Brain freeze?"
She had opened her eyes and nodded slowly.
He smiled, leaning over and kissing her forehead "Go slower Raven" Then he went back to his seat, staring at her.
She obeyed.
Later, he got her balloons, which she later said she wanted them free and released (and ended up making him get another one because she felt sad she lost her babies)
Now, they were sitted back at the music theater, just the two of them as he played Bella's lullaby for her.
At first when he had started, she had just sat next to him, staring at his hands, before she leaned on his shoulders and let her hand curl around his before she said "I'm so sorry"
He didn't reply, just kept playing.
When he finally stopped, he let the silence around sink in before he said "If.... If we weren't mates, could we have been friends?"
She didn't reply immediately, but he could feel her tense at the question.
Yet, Axel didn't wait for an answer "It doesn't matter, being your friend is more important you know, you.... You didn't frown the whole day and kept acting like a little pup. I had people taking pictures of you all day"
He expected her to snap at him, to say something.
But she still laid silently on him.
"I would forever cherish today Raven. I promise"
"Me too"
Her voice was like a whisper, a far away breath that he hung unto and worshipped to eternity...
He let her smell light inside him, filling him with the peace that he had lost until he felt her jerk from him, her eyes flashing red momentarily.
He turned to face her "What is it?"
She turned, her red eyes now fading to it's normal colour as she said with worry all over her face "The Elders.... They..... They are asking for me"

This was the longest chapter I've ever written in this book, and yay! I was so close to not writing, but I'd have never forgiven myself >.<
Sorry it's horrible though, lol ^_^
