Wang Chen was the sub captain which was assigned by Captain Yang Mei to capture people from Li family where as Captain Yang Mei was going to capture people from Zhao family.
In front of Li family mansion Wang Chen got out of car and begin to walk inside mansion with SWAT team because captain Yang Mei want to capture in one swoop without failing because of Xiao Yan warning. SWAT team was easily mobilized from Commissioner Xiao Yan order to capture people from Li family.
As Li Bai heard siren from cops car outside his mansion, he directly left his study room in hurry. Both Assistant and his son Li Bao also followed him. As they got out of the mansion and looked at towards the gate of the mansion, they were terrified to see SWAT team with full equipped gun and vest standing at their door as if they are ready for battle.
Wang Chen stepped forward and looked at Li Bai, Assistant Bo and Li Bao who got out of the mansion. He mentioned directly without greeting because their time was limited to midnight: "Mr. Li Bai we have evidence of your drug dealing all well as your son Mr. Li Bao hit and run case. Plus we also have evidence of you sending money to cops to solve your various illegal activities and for solving your son hit and run case. We humbly ask you surrender without resistance, You have right to hire lawyers. You can call your lawyers after you reach police station."
After hearing cops have evidence of his and his son crime were with them so, he was scared to pee because he know now that he cannot escape his crime plus his son was also going to prison with him. He wants to curse Zhao Fan son million times but everything that happen today cannot be changed he can only succumb to his fate.
Li Bai without saying anything got into cops car like a dead pig. Seeing his father getting into car without saying anything Li Bao now knows that his father cannot help to get rid of police. He gritted his teeth and also followed his father to get into the car.
Wang Chen didn't follow Li Bai and Li Bao but instructed other subordinates to search the house from bottom to top. He instructed them to confiscate all the drug and black money which was in the house.
Li Bai and his son can only watch slowly Li family falling into the ground. Li Bai now begin to regret, due to his greed for money he supply drugs to his various pubs and restaurant which his father Li Xuan built from ground. Now Li Bai don't know how he was going to face his father because he was the one who destroyed Li family and its reputation.
After taking few breath, he looked at his son Li Bao and said in slow voice: "Son, after finish your sentence don't even think about taking revenge for me. Its now worth while to take revenge because we were the one who is wrong to supply drugs. Also tell your grandfather that I am sorry I let Li family business fall into this state."
Again Li Bai added: "Also, live a honest life. Don't be like me. I let greed control my life now you can see what happened."
Li Bao said with tears in his eye: "Ok, Dad I promise to live a honest life."
Wang Chen cleared all the necessary thing that needed to be done in Li family and left with all the people who who were arrested for doing illegal things for Li family.

At the same time in hospital, Yang Mei called director of hospital to explain the situation about the arrest of Zhao family people. Director of hospital compromised to let SWAT team surround hospital to catch Zhao Fan if he tries to escape. Director of the hospital only gave Yang Mei fifteen minute of time to arrest Zhao Fan so she hurried to location where Zhao Fan was waiting for his son near operating room.
Zhao Fan also heard the movement of cops coming into the hospital but he didn't know that they were here to arrest him. He thought they were here to inform him that the perpetrator who hurt his son was arrested. He now at least have smile in his face.
Soon Yang Mei reached where Zhao Fan was waiting for his son. Yang Mei have seen all the crime Zhao Fan has done over the past few years till now. She is from military background so, she has a deep feeling for her country. Seeing that her country degrading from inside by their own citizen, her anger was climbing up the roof.
Zhao Fan seeing the sight of cops coming towards him, he looked towards cop in angry manner and said: "Did you catch who did this to my son? I want to sue that young man named Xiao Yan for attempted murder of five people. I want that man to live in the prison for rest of his life."
"I also want him to go live in prison for rest of the life but I don't have power to arrest him." Yang Mei gritted her teeth and said in helpless voice. Seeing getting humiliated in front of your colleague, all her prestige accumulated over the years have gone down the drains. Also her identity of having military background will be known by all of her seniors and colleagues, they might treat her differently than before.
Zhao Fan looked surprised by Yang Mei and asked in anger voice: "Why can't you arrest him? Does he have an influential background? Even if he have influential background, he cannot escape away from law?"
"It is funny, Mr. Zhao talking about law. I want to Ask Mr. Zhao, have your ever walk away after committing crime and not get arrested?" Yang Mei looked straight into Zhao Fan eye while asking question.
Zhao Fan without dozing away said straightly: "In my life I have never committed a crime let alone walk away after committing. Our Zhao family is upright family in magic city which doesn't commit for wealth."
If it was before, Yang Mei would believe Zhao Fan word. After looking at the evidence shown by Xiao Yan, she was convinced that this Zhao Fan is more despicable than she thought he would. Looking at the act of innocent and playing the role of victim she was disgusted by Zhao Fan.
Yang Mei took out her phone and walked towards Zhao Fan and said: "Then Mr. Zhao Fan you have to see this. Then you might reconsider your evaluation about your family business."
Zhao Fan was puzzled with the behavior of cops in front of him. As if cops were looking at him as a prey that is going to be hunted down in patience. He took the phone that Yang Mei handed him and begin to look down.
As Zhao Fan begin to look down he saw the first crime he committed as well as the evidence. He faster his pace and begin to slide down his finger in hurried manner. This lasted for a minute and his face was already in panic.
"How did you get all this? Its all false, this is not true." Zhao fan was terrified so, he threw the phone in the floor. He have a habit of collecting all the trophy after he commit crime. From early days after he committed crime he would keep a photo or video in computer but he stopped after white washing and giving all dirty work to Hao to solve but now all his crime he committed was there so he was terrified.
Yang Mei looked happy after seeing fear in Zhao Fan and said: "Whether it is fake or not it doesn't matter now. You can say all the things you want to say in the court."
Zhao Fan now was really scared because he know that he cannot escape from his crime. Judge in court will probably give him sentence of lifetime or possibly a death sentence. He doesn't want to die so he was thinking about escaping out of the country.
Yang Mei know that Zhao fan was thinking of a way to escape from here so she reminded him: "Mr. Zhao don't even think about escaping from here. You should look outside of window to see what kind of situation you are in so, you should choose wisely."
Reminded by Yang Mei and thinking of a way to escape from here, Zhao fan looked out of the window. He saw a SWAT team of more than 30 people surrounding the hospital tightly as if he was a terrorist who can cause massive destruction as he is let loose.
"If you try to escape from here, your fate will be miserable." Yang Mei looked at Zhao fan and reminded him.
Zhao Fan now didn't think about escaping but thinking about his future in jail. Yesterday he was living in the luxurious mansion, from now on he can only think about luxury in his dreams.
Yang Mei looked at the Zhao fan who was sitting in the ground with trembling leg said to him in a sarcastic tone: "You should thank your son for directly offending commissioner tonight. Tonight your son luck might be soaring into the heaven, his father also got some luck from his son."
"What?" After hearing that his son offended commissioner tonight so, this all happened because of his unfilial son he yell in angry voice: "That bastard."
" Don't worry about your son, after he got better he will also be going to the prison for all the despicable things he have done till now. You can have reunion with your son in prison" Yang Mei reminded Zhao fan laughing.
After saying this she instructed her subordinates to handcuff Zhao fan and she got out of the hospital. Many reporter were on the site when they saw whole bunch of SWAT team standing surrounding hospital. As they saw cops escorting Zhao fan with a handcuff, they want to see the face of Zhao fan but Zhao fan hid his face with his two hand so the reporter were unable to guess the identity of the criminal.
