"Be careful," a soft voice sounded from the other end, which Lucianna could only hear.
She turned off the small earpiece and rechecked her mask. She was completely covered from head to toe, and no one should be able to recognize her.
She peered into the dark room to determine one last time that there was no one before entering through the glass door, which she had unlocked with her mastery of unlocking skills.
The room was as quiet as a vacuum making her heart, which had tripled in speed, sound like a car alarm. The faint moonlight did little to light up the room, so she turned on the flashlight and glanced around the pitch-black room to locate the object.
When she determined the location, she quickly walked over like a ninja.
"Who sent you?"
Her body froze, and she unconsciously trembled, entrapped in a pair of strong arms from behind.
