"Home? Together?" She stood stumped. "You and I?" She said, pointing a finger at both of them before keeping her hand down.
"Yes," he did the same action with his finger, pointing at the both of them, "you and I, the two people who got married to each other today."
"We did," she said but the words were barely audible and it was just her mouth that moved. No words slipped out of it.
They did get married to each other and they did that today.
Everything felt different here. It was the same. Were they going to her house or his? Was he going to drop her at her place before he left for his? Why was she thinking so much? Was he talking?
She spoke, "We are going home together a.. as a married couple?"
He nodded. "We are."
Christian glanced at his watch once, "You might want to hurry, the Chinese is going to get delivered in 20."
