Lily woke up feeling lightheaded. She felt something warm rested on her body she turned over quickly only to find Charles smiling at her she was a little confused until she traced his line of sight and noticed that she was holding on to him so tight she let him loose as he groaned silently in pain. She watched him rub his hands in order to stretch the already wrinkled arm.
Knowing that she was the cause of why he slept next to her she couldn't help but flush red. Charles who was still caressing his hands missed seeing her face as she rushed into the bathroom. She tried to calm her self down as she turned on the shower letting the heat bring her down. After a while and she was done she peeped outside to see if he was still there but she couldn't find him she hastily rushed out and put on her clothes as she was running late already. she began to think of her work, she still couldn't believe she would be working with the CEO meaning she would have to put in her very best.
Not soon after she began to have a bad feeling, or she was just scared she wondered what kind of man he would be. Her door flew opened interrupting her thoughts, as she saw him carrying her breakfast he watched him drop it beside her bed while he stooped down and helped her with her heels
"Am sorry" she said but he didn't reply her back. He finished with what he was dong and after being satisfied he brought her food close to her
"Eat your food your running late" he said with a smile. She hastily ate her food as time was past her already. After she was done she walked towards her mirror to check herself before she left. She turned to charles
"how do i look?"
"Stunning" he replied without hesitating"
She smiled as she went over to him and hugged him tightly. The man hugged her back but let her go she rushed out of the house and boarded a taxi.
As she stepped down of the car she looked towards the building still feeling nervous she sighed as she walked in the building confidently. she walked straight to her office and sat down as she face palmed herself, she looked over her desk only to see piled up documents. As she ran through them her door opened and liam walked in
"Good morning" he said
"Good morning" she replied with a smile. They both had a little chit chat and he also guided her on all she needed to know which made her feel so happy.
"If you need me you know where to find me" he said smiling as he stood up. She nodded and he left. As she picked up the documents she was going through someone barged into her office. She glanced at him for a while, the man stood there admiring her. He was astounded by her beauty that he didn't know how uncomfortable he made lily feel. After long unbearable seconds lily spoke up
"Can i help you?"
"I'm Raymond" he spoke up still smiling
"How does that relate to my question?" she thought
For some reason she felt like kicking this man on the ass but she calmed her self down
"I'm lily" she replied rudely
The man still gawking at her lent his hand for a shake but received none he got to his senses when he found out that lily was already on alert and ready to beat him up with the way she looked at him
"Mr Thor would want to see you" he said as he left
"Thud thud" her heart pounded
She knew what Raymond meant but she was a little confused she was just new here so she couldn't quite figure out what she had to do. She turned to the pile of work on her desk and though maybe he would want to have a review of what the previous secretary had done before she left so she made her reports so quickly and went to see Me Thor. As she stood before his door she began to feel weary of what she had done she began to feel so afraid she could feel her heart beat louder. She gathered courage as she mumbled to herself.
