Lily knocked again feeling more nervous than before. Her palms were so cold she felt like an ice cube, the door finally got opened. Liam watched her for awhile she looked off point to him. He saw how scared she was even though she smiled at him. He paved the way for her and she entered. She walked to the side still not looking up.
Liam kept his gaze on her for awhile.
"So your the replacement?" she heard a voice ask. She lifted up her head but was stunned by who she saw. She could not neglect the fact that liam was Indeed Handsome but this man in front of her was
"Beautiful" she said to her self. She just kept on looking at the man not minding the fact that she hadn't answered his question
"What's your name?" Nix asked
Lily got back to her senses and then became scared again
"lily" she blurted out.
The man examined her from head to toe. She was indeed beautiful.
"I'm guessing you came to see Mr Thor"
Lily was dumbfounded. she thought he was the CEO but he wasn't she felt a new surge of fear build up in her.
"He's not available for now or for a week and two so i guess...." He took the report from her hand.
"You can go" she nodded and left.
Liam glanced at nix
"Why look at her like that?" he asked
"You jealous?"
"Yes i am" he replied with a smile. Nix glanced at him, though liam acted like he didn't mean it he knew that liam meant it.
"So you finally fallen in love huh?" nix said
Liam glared at him and left
Nix laughed at him
"You will never seem to learn" and he followed him.
Dilan was waiting for the two while he was on his tablet. Liam came in first followed by nix. The atmosphere became heavy once they began to drive out and nix knew why.
"This is for you" Nix handed the report to Dilan
He glanced at it and kept it aside
nix didn't say a word but brought out his phone instead
"Did you do it?" Dilan asked
"no your new secretary did"
Dilan glanced at him and went back to what he was doing but nix knew he was surprised
"She's a graduate"
"And a pretty lady too" he said looking at liam but both of them ignored him. The car fell silent for a while till Dilan's phone buzzed
"We found him at the peach park" a message read
Dilan ordered the driver to take them there while nix was surprised on why they were heading there.
Once they got there Dilan stepped down
"Find zen" he ordered the two. They both looked at each other and went in search of him. After an hour they hadn't found him they came back to Dilan looking agitated.
Dilan looked at the two and looked by his left he saw zen and their eyes met, but zen quickly got into a car and drove off. Nix and Liam were speechless
"You let him get away?"
"He can run but he cant hide" he smirked and entered the car
