I'm not sure what to think, to think he was able to get the better of me, it's annoying, and this morning we found a package, leaving us a list of people we sent some people to investigate these people, if I'm correct they may be part of the group, at my worst and not right, they are just people and are another diversion, too many unknowns, too many variables, ill probably just take the risk, its better then doing nothing, but for now we may want to turn off certain networks, mainly to protect rather than stop those insane guys

I've moved onto other things, like public speaking, my main job right now is to keep everyone calm, and if I fail, id be failing myself as well, and I'm not allowing that to happen, my main concern is over the children, they were probably hit the hardest, despite the parents panic kids don't have any idea what's going on or why this is even happening, they were probably completely left in the dark to 'protect them' but from what I can tell and how many homes I've visited, the kids are terrified, but after explaining the situation they seem to perk up, just a little bit, able to finally recover

press meetings are also important, it's like a mind game between the perpetrator and the force looking through them, even one slip up could set the case back by a bunch, it's like a game of chess 'logic chess' if you will, heh, I hate the press though, they really declined to every tabloid and shitty headline they could think of, I've been part of plenty, one of the more stupid ones was 'is marsh hiding the secret of immortality so only he can have it!?!' and some cliche gasp face on the cover

another thing I hate a lot is parents, the bad ones usually have a reason for being awful, but I despise the ones who make up the excuse it's for their kids own good, why do I bring this up, no clue it's just one of those passing thoughts, ones that never go anywhere, those come to me a lot, especially when you've lived as long as me, my life is a bunch of anecdotes, you know, being immortal is nothing like in novels, either that or I'm a weirdo, probably the ladder half

we found one person, their part of a cult, our culprit may be a leader of this cult, we had a nice 'talk' but I didn't get anything useful, but then I noticed the strings, he was a puppet, but, we learned a new part of his power, he can puppeteer alive people and also their brains, the dead body probably was just a way of dealing with people without the worry of that person's skill, or wait, what if he killed the ones with useless powers as puppets and just killed them? that would make more sense, even if I'm not right its a theory
