Archaenid's (AKA: Giant Ant, Giant Spider)

Archaenid's are large insects the size of a small tree, however unlike insects, they do not have compound eyes, instead they have nearly human eyes, except they are dark black, like a starless night. Two other unique traits that this animal has is that its body is a hybrid in between Ants and Spiders. Its upper body looks exactly like an ants (Except for the eyes) while the lower body has eight legs, just like a spider. The other unique trait of this species is that they mutate frequently, so it isn't rare for these organisms to have two heads, more antennae, a second heart, etc.
These animals are rarely independent due to their brain being wired to have some sort of Master, meaning that it isn't uncommon that these monsters are under a being with more willpower than them and some Magical Potential. When under control from a Master they do not have any will on their actions, constantly needing input from their Master once they complete their former action, for example, if you ordered an Archaenid to chop down a tree, once it completes that action you must order it to bring it back as well.
