Discord: https://discord.gg/tEdkhmrj5g See you lovely readers over there ~waves gb~ Ps: A new chapter is already out, so hurry!) The Immortal Domain is a vast cosmos consisting of the Upper Realm and the Lower Realms, both of which are controlled by the Three Great Families, the Wang family, the Lui family, and the Xue family. Each one of them holds an immense amount of power that could overturn the heavens, reverse yin and yang and change the fate of anyone or anything in the Immortal Domain as they see fit. But, with all of that being said, our story doesn't start from those ancient overpowered families in the Upper Realm, it starts from one of the countless fragmented Lower Realms, called the Wither Daemon Realm, in which there was a planet named Daiyu. On this planet, heavenly prodigies that were born with one of the thirty, rare Legendary Physiques were starting to pop up like common weeds. Longwei, born into the Wu Clan while in possession of the third rank Legendary Physique, was known as one of the six monster-level geniuses on planet Daiyu. His brother Longmin on the other hand, though was a genius in his own right, had faded into obscurity since his birth and was shunned by his own father after a certain ‘incident’. This story is the supposed legends of two dragons, who, through a journey of bloodshed and betrayal led their clan to unify the Immortal Domain and stand above trillions as the highest existence. ******* If you lovely readers can't be bothered to use your eyes, you can join my Patreon and get to stream my audio chapters like everyone else. https://www.patreon.com/TSETH Ps: If you are the creator of this godly cover and wish for me to take it down, please contact me at tsethsw@gmail.com or on Twitter at @Tseth7.

Chapter 1 - Prologue

Within the Immortal Domain exists the Upper Realm and the Lower Realms.

However, countless years ago in ancient times, such was not the case. The Immortal Domain at that time had only consisted of one realm with thousands of galaxies and planets within it.

In that era, legendary immortals existed that possessed strength that could allow them to hold entire galaxies within their grasps.

Their profound comprehension of the laws between heaven and earth could allow them to do remarkable feats.

If they wanted a cube of ice to freeze a body of water, then frozen it will become.

If they wanted a spark of fire to burn an entire planet, then it was as easy as breathing.

They were the pinnacle of power that the trillions of mortals look up to and worship wholeheartedly, and in exchange for their worship and devotion, those immortals would bless them with peace and prosperity. The mortals thought that as long as they had the protection of those immortals, then everything was fine.

But, silently and slowly, it went unnoticed, until gradually the mortals realized that the immortals they were worshipping were leaving and not coming back. They soon felt that something was off, they could sense that a looming threat was approaching.

It was then that something monumental struck, literally, 'boom!... boom!... boom!' a loud noise with a seven-second interval between each beat echoed throughout the vast Immortal Domain.

No one on the thousands of planets was exempt from hearing it, babies were crying, dogs were barking, even demonic beasts had gone on a rampage.

It seemed as if this loud sound was a prelude to a horrifying catastrophe that was about to befall them. However, 1 year had passed and nothing happened, then 3 years past, then 10 years, then 30 years, then 50 years.

For fifty years this loud noise was constantly echoing throughout the Immortal Domain, and within that time there was no shortage of people who hadn't lost their minds.

An entire generation spreading across each planet in the Immortal Domain had grown up hearing that sound, every time they woke up, every time they eat, every time they took a shit, every time they had nighttime activities with their partners, it would echo ceaselessly.

Until one day, it stopped.

Everyone looked towards the firmament.

The loud banging had stopped so suddenly it caught everyone by surprise. Soon after, loud celebrations could be heard coming from all corners of the Immortal Domain.

Everyone had stopped what they were doing and started celebrating, whether they were sleeping, eating, taking a shit, or having 'ahem', everyone was in high spirits as they were finally able to live without hearing that godforsaken noise.

But, meanwhile, the later generation was celebrating, the older generation was silent with only one thought in their minds, "Where are the immortals? Did them going missing have anything to do with this noise?"

Unlike the older generation that had grown up seeing immortals, the later generation didn't particularly pay much attention to such details.

While the older generation was being doubtful, and just when the later generation was planning to celebrate for the next 3 years, the banging sound actually came back.

But this time, something was different.

Instead of a seven-second interval between the noise, it had become six, and it didn't stop there. The interval then became five, then four, then three, all the way down to one, until there was none.

The banging sounded as if someone was hitting a drum at lightning speed, and worst of all, as the interval became shorter the noise became louder until it was completely deafening.

All the mortals and demonic beasts on every planet were bleeding from their ears, and just when the noise seemed as if it was about to take the lives of every living thing in the Immortal Domain, it stopped again.

As soon as it did, a line suddenly appeared within the fabric of space.

This line was small at first but as time passed, it stretched to such an extent that when someone looked up from their own planet towards the starry sky they could see it.

If someone was able to stand outside of the Immortal Domain at this moment, they would shockingly realize that this line had split the domain entirely into two halves, and what was even more astonishing was the fact that if they were to estimate the size of each half, they would find out that they were completely equal!

The line went right through the very fabric of space splitting the Immortal Domain into two. The power needed to accomplish such a feat was on the border of surpassing what an immortal could do. And what's even more, the line seemed as if it was cut... by a sword?!

Everyone who was still conscious had their eyes wide open with alarm covering their faces as they stared at this unreal scene. Trepidation filled each and every one of their hearts.

And they had a right to feel as such because as soon as the line became visible to everyone, fissures started to spread outward with the line as the center, one by one they multiplied until they covered the entire Immortal Domain.

Pandemonium erupted as everyone ran, but where could they go? This disaster affected not just a single planet or galaxy but the entire Immortal Domain, it was simply impossible to run from it!

Right now the Immortal Domain was splitting in two at a rapid rate, and by the time the fifth hour passed they were completely separated.

The left half was still somewhat intact, but the right half had shattered into countless pieces of fragmented space, thus creating the so-called Upper Realm and Lower Realms.

Even though planets were destroyed and billions of people had died, some still survived, who would then go on to have children and their children would have children until civilization rekindles within the fragments of the Lower Realms and the Upper Realm.....

----

~Thousands of thousands of thousands of thousands of years later~

The Wither Deamon Realm, one of the countless fragment spaces of the Lower Realms, was governed by the three biggest Sects, the Heavens Gate Sect, the Celestial River Sect, and the Dark Moon Sect. The stronger of the three is the Heavens Gate Sect, followed by the Celestial River Sect and the Dark Moon Sect.

The Wither Demon Realm consisted of four planets, planet Lin, planet Meilin, planet Mingyu, and finally plant Daiyu.

The weakest of the four was planet Daiyu, and on it were 7 Continents, the Central Continent, the Meng Continent, the Demonic Beast Continent, the Holy Continent, the Tang Continent, the Blood Continent, and the Wu Continent.

All seven continents were separated by a vast ocean, and at this time, somewhere between the Central Continent and the Wu Continent, there was a massive magic vessel flying above said ocean. This magic vessel was shaped like a boat and with lightning-like speed, it flew towards the Wu Continent.

On the bow of the magic vessel stood six men in black clothing, each of them gave of an eerie and mysterious feeling that made it seem as if they were there and not there at the same time.

Between them sat a child that looked to be around 14 or 15 years of age. He wore black cultivator robes and had jet black hair that ran past his shoulders.

Even though he was young, he was extremely handsome.

With the sun on such a handsome face, while having the passing clouds as a background, and having his clothes and hair slowly drift in the wind, it painted a captivating scenery that would make any painter exclaim in admiration.

However, the frown that was etched on his face would make the painters sigh in lamentation, as such a beautiful scenery was slightly ruined.

The youth on the bow was currently in deep thought with closed eyes, the frown on his face made it obvious something was bothering him.

Letting out a sigh he opened his eyes.

One of the men dressed in black saw this and approached his side, after cupping his fist he said, "Young master we are now two days away from arriving at the clan."

The youth nodded his head before saying, "Alright then, send word back home that I'll be arriving in two days."

"Yes, young master."

After the man in black acknowledged the order, he took out a communication jade and sent his Divine Sense into it, before crushing it.

The handsome youth, after letting out a loud yawn with both of his arms outstretched he fell backward onto the bow. He was now in the position of staring at the clear blue sky and the passing white clouds.

After closing his eyes once again, he muttered in a barely audible tone.

"It's no use thinking about it now, I'll just ask father during my welcome back celebration."

Staying silent for a while the youth whispered again.

"I wonder if he's okay, I left the clan longer than usual...."

The handsome youth's words drifted off in the wind, which was followed by light snores.
