The way to light seems to be narrow, we find ourselves on this never-ending road of darkness hoping to see the light at the very end. In time we all see that light, eventually. It awakens the last gleams of hope and that propels us to run, run, and run till we reach the other side where light would be, but, we come to realise the faster we run the further the journey becomes and in that process many just give up saying, maybe this is all there is, darkness.
The truth feels exactly like that which is why many don't want to know the truth for they've built a life in the dark and they've never known anything but darkness.
I like the dark and I've been there. I've also been in the light which happens to be the truth, in this case, it turns out, the light has an advantage over the dark. Sometimes, it could be the difference between life and death, most times a sure ticket to the road of death and at this point, I find myself in the middle.
