Chapter 298 - Maintain The Place As The Hero Of Neo Tokyo

A scornful furrow emerged within the blood-red eyes of The Ozmonian with him sharply fixated his glare toward Sparror who remained lifted both of his armored arms in an unbending resolute. Any shivering motions from The Flaming Hero still did appear as if he was frozen in time.

Although the bluish sparkles on Zero's metal arm shone the blinding flashes directly trespassing his eyes, The Flaming Hero's valorous eyes resisted blinking. The Ozmonian plunged his glistening fist onto his fellow heroic ally, allowing the mistrust to dominate his entire thought.

The blinding bluish lightwave emanated within the front view of The Flaming Hero and vastly covered his vision with only a blurry azure view. Persistent valor and firmness transpired inside Sparror's pounding heart as his gleaming eyes held themselves from blinking even though a contorted screech trumpeted out from his throat.

Eventually, the bluish lightwave instantaneously vanished into nothingness, returning the current view within Flaming Hero's vision once again. It revealed The Ozmonian reluctantly pulled back his fist and shut off all of the traces of the bluish sparkles embedding his arm in a split second.

A distorting burdensome grunt was exhaled from The Ozmonian's throat and commanded his feet to take a few steps back from Sparror, attempting to throw away the shrouding doubtfulness toward his fellow fiery ally. Nonetheless, Zero blinked his blood-red eyes and replaced his mistrustful furrow with a stern look.

Sparror gripped the heart-wrenching gladness with him placing his right palm on his racing chest and shakily sighed, closing his eyes briefly. A burst of blissful chuckle soared from his contorted throat the longer he pressed his grip on his armored's body, eulogizing the possibility of his Ozmonian's ally attacking successfully being prevented.

A tiny fiery torch neatly materialized and floated beside the left of The Flaming Hero's armored head, readying himself to express gratitude in the upcoming conversation. Zero raised his crossing arms and locked his vigilant eyes toward his flaming ally, initiating a quick survey from upside down onto Sparror.

"As for this current period of time, I will not proceed with an assault on you, Hatoshi Akarui," Zero remarked bluntly

"Because you didn't try to attack me or showed any resistance when I held my arm in a blasting position," The Ozmonian added bluntly, elevating his welcoming arm, "It 70% proves you indeed fully accepted your flaw as the hero, and 60% chance have an eagerness to balance it."

At first, a dumbfounded glare unnervingly emerged within the gleaming eyes of Sparror as he constantly tilted his head from left to right. A bemused gasp also gushed out from The Flaming Hero's throat the further he locked his glance toward Zero, retrieving his gripping hand away from his armored chest.

Regardless, Sparror sheepishly shook his head and let out a burst of blissful contorted laughter, eradicating the confusion from ever lingering in his thought. Especially in engaging toward The Ozmonian who rubbed his metal chin shortly and rotated his blood-red eyes onto the right.

Sparror let out a sighed of relief and broadcasted his voice of gladful remark through the flickering fiery torch, "Thank you very much for your decision and your understanding in this situation, Zero."

"I really appreciate it," Sparror admitted with a shaking voice of gratitude, bowing his upper body in salute and exhaling another perturbed breath away as he got up.

"You're welcome," Zero murmured and resumed with a guess, "However, are you going to say another promise to convince me?"

The Flaming Hero chuckled and replied with his flickering torch raised its sunlight brightness, "Of course, no, Zero. Hehe."

"To be honest, the only thing I needed is your understanding and acceptance of my true motivation," Sparror stated, raising an affirmative voice through the shimmering torch and pridefully raising his head.

Zero stiffly nodded and spoke, "80% chance makes sense with the current reason you provided to me,"

Afterward, azure-blue particles fired off beneath The Ozmonian's feet with the conversation almost reached its conclusion. The particles even carried Zero to slowly hover from the crystalized ground.

An abrupt grim reminder trespassed The Ozmonian mind as he widened his disconcerted gaze at Sparror. The disconcerted gaze only lasted temporarily with Zero pressing his gaze in a cold-yet observative demeanor, pursuing The Flaming Hero to reduce the brightness and freeing his unruffled glance.

"Related to your motivation, I had a very important question for you," Zero announced with a low distorted voice and foretold the warning, "If you couldn't answer the question, it's fine for me,"

"Oh thanks for the reminder," Sparror replied calmly and proceeded to continue the halfly smooth flow of the conversation, "So what kind of question you wanted to ask this time, Zero?"

The Ozmonian cleared his distorting throat and stated the question, "If one day, Yuna becomes the enemy, not by mind control, will you be able to confront her or not?"

"Take your time answering the question," Zero suggested, hovering his rocketing sparkles upward to the sky and crossing both of his arms as his frigid-intrigued look painted his blood-red eyes.

A guts-wrenching feeling flowed into the course of The Flaming Hero's veins with him helplessly enduring the cold shivers throughout the entirety of his armored limbs. It felt like Sparror was standing in the sub-zero temperature due to his legs continuously trembling, encroaching by the fear.

With the disheartening fear overwhelming his mind and soul, The Flaming Hero clenched both of his shivering fists and inhaled the breezy air passing by him. A sense of lukewarm consolation swooped into Sparror's racing heart that tamed all of the shivering motion of his limbs, obtaining an assertive standing position once again.

The Flaming Hero forcibly heaved his gleaming eyes into a rigid stare when he locked his gaze on the hovering Zero. A mood of continuing the half-sorrowful conversation valiantly declared by Sparror who upraised one of his tightened fists, emitting the molten flashes within his knuckle.

"I'm aware that possibility might come to me and if it's truly happened to me, well…" A brief pause was commenced by The Flaming Hero with his flickering torch halted in brief seconds and in slight anxiousness, he bowed his head.

Sparror exhaled the bothersome air away from lingering in his mind and uttered, "If that happened…I must confront her no matter what the cost because it's part of my responsibility too."

"Is it going to include force for your possible confrontation with her?" Zero countered with another blunt, yet curious demeanor.

"Maybe," The Flaming Hero answered with agitation invading his mind, steering away his sight onto the left and hoisting his molten fist beside his void-black left cheek, "But of course, talking will be the first method for confronting her and hopefully able to convince her."

The Ozmonian switched his gaze onto the sky above and mumbled, "60% quite satisfied with your answer, Hatoshi Akarui."

With Zero kept gilding further from the ground and nearly touching the clouds above, he took a peak at the breezy view of the blue afternoon sky and dimmed out the blood-red flashes from his eyes. Then, The Ozmonian darted his gaze at Sparror once again, convincing The Flaming Hero to sharpen his watchful eyes on him.

"This 70% might be my last day in Neo Tokyo because the city now already had its protectors other than Chemistra and Agano," Zero released a blunt remark, pointing his metal finger at The Flaming Hero who raised an astounding look within his shaking eyes in brief seconds.

"Remember, always maintain the balance between your selfish motivation and the heroic action," The Ozmonian added, raising a deep shout with him hovering further from his fellow heroic ally, "Because when you truly let your motivation win over due to the possible death of Yuna, I might put you down or worse kill you on the spot."

Zero grunted and shouted more harshly remarking, "You possess one of the strongest power in this universe and it will keep growing the more time you used it,"

"Noted, and thank you again for sharing another reminder," The Flaming Hero uttered with a mixture of confidence and gladness, waving his left a slight relief farewell hand toward his metal friend.

"Good luck on your heroic journey," The Ozmonian said.

"Good luck too, Zero" Sparror freed an out loud, yet placid shout by allowing the floating torch to rapidly flicker, "Hope we can meet again."

Zero hastily dove his rocketing feet onto the bouncy air below and ricochetted him to instantly reach the cloud level, blending himself with the breezy clouds. While Sparror kept waving his farewell hand as his placid eyes fixated on the sky view, obtaining a glimpse of bluish sparkles bestrewing.

Around two hours later, orange late afternoon light sprightly embarked throughout the warmful sky of Neo Tokyo. The warmish sunlight shone on the majority of the citizen's houses' rooftops altogether at once, receiving the soothing touch of the afternoon sunlight.

The rented house belonging to Yuna Sekai also obtained the warmful touch of the afternoon sunlight. Inside the rented house, the bedroom was now filled with the ongoing serene conversation between the two high schoolers who sat on the floor near the bed after spending each of their rough Sunday activities.

The two high schoolers were Yuna who still wore her work uniform and long brown pants and her close partner, Hatoshi who now decided to choose a red jacket, white t-shirt, and long black pants for his clothes. Furthermore, the high schoolers gently held their hand and traded gleeful stares with one another.

"I'm very gladful you're able to convince Zero about being a hero in here," Yuna confessed happily, stroking her close partner's palm and keenly extending her joyful smile, "You are indeed amazing, Hatoshi."

Hatoshi sheepishly giggled and replied with an assured tone, "Thank you for your praise again."

"About Zero, I'm already prepared I'm going to have that kind of conversation for a couple of months," Hatoshi uttered, widening his smirk of delightfulness and mumbling with an impressed tone, "However, I'm still quite disbelief I managed to convince him by saying my true motivation."

"Possibly he saw you had great potential on balancing your true motivation and actions as the hero," Yuna assumed, humming briefly before she uttered, "Or…"

"Or he just wanted to test you," Yuna added, blurting out a cheerful chortle.

Hatoshi sighed and admitted, "I agreed with your second assumption. Yes, I indeed might in my mind befriended when I was still 8 years old, but I know deep down he didn't treat me the same due to his Ozmonian instinct."

"It's one of the reasons, I never really expect much about him in terms of friendship," Hatoshi said reluctantly, lowering his head him grasping a tiny glimpse of sorrow, "At the end of the day, he will always treat me as his subject or servant…I guess."

Yuna quickly pulled back her holding hand from the schoolboy and decided to place her comforting palm beneath his cheek. The single stroke of his closer partner lightened up tranquility within Hatoshi's heart as he soothingly closed his eyes briefly before he raised his head, gaining a boldness to resume the placid flow of the conversation.

"I know it's quite a sad reality, but at least he trusted on one thing, protecting Neo Tokyo and the whole Rising Sun." Yuna said calmly and asked politely, "Am I right?"

"I guess…you are quite correct on that," Hatoshi replied with a relieved tone, raising his soothed eyebrows the more he centered his gaze toward his close partner.

The schoolgirl unfolded the keening smirk that painted her whole lips, luring her closer partner to raise curious eyebrows toward her. Hatoshi tilted his head to the left and widened his intrigued smile as Yuna excitedly let out a giggle, readying herself to foretell the surprise she safely kept within.

"I actually had a surprise I wanted to give to you before we went to your parent's funeral" Yuna uttered with a soft-enlivened tone, shaking her smiling lips in gleaming excitement.

"Surprise?" Hatoshi asked as he dropped his wandering jaw and continued with a comment, "That's quite interesting and I'm eager to see it."

Yuna swiftly released a tender shushed and suggested as she lifted up her legs, "Wait here, Hatoshi"

Then, the schoolgirl headed into the wooden and door placed her grip on the handler, sliding the door to the left in order to open access to the outside. With his close partner going to the kitchen, Hatoshi enthusiastically tapped his fingers on the wooden floor and rested his back on the bedsheet.

A few seconds passed, the schoolgirl finally arrived in the bedroom with her hands holding the brown bags that each of them carried rectangular boxes within it. Hatoshi quickly tilted his head left to right as he pondered his gaze at the two boxes within the back, attracting the schoolgirl to approach his distance.

Yuna bent down her legs and occupied the seat beside the left of her close partner, neatly placing both of the boxes in front of him. The schoolboy scanned the two boxes at once and placed one of his hands on the box on the left, attempting to pull the box for unfolding the surprise.

Nevertheless, Hatoshi pulled the first box from the grasp of the bag inside and dropped his staggering jaw of gaiety. His exultant glance witnessed the white box on his holding grips presented the picture of the silver laptop with neon blue outlines on the middle and shiny silver titles on the above stated, "MUC Wind 15".

In utter disbelief, Hatoshi shook his head and lifted the box for letting his front sight receive a clean direct sight of the box art. As her close partner was still mesmerized with the first box, Yuna placed her clutching grip on the box and smoothly pulled it the box from the inside of the bag.

"I wanted to give this surprise not just being a good life partner for me, but it's also a form of appreciation for becoming the amazing hero of Neo Tokyo's city," Yuna confessed in complete joy and hushed delirium as blew out a deep sigh.

"I bought this newest version of MUC Wind for helping your drawing, especially on the editing side when we are not home," Yuna added as she broadened her cheerful smile coloring her lips and elevating the other white box. A white box with the artwork in the middle revealing a silk-white drawing tab with neon blue outlines on the side parts and the shiny silver titles on the above stated, "Juion H56X".

Hatoshi whimpered in exuberance and mumbled with an astounded tone, "The only thing I could say…is just thank you, Thank you very much, Yuna."

"You're welcome," Yuna replied assuredly, nodding her head before she persuaded, "Also there is another surprise for you to see.

"Another surprise, Oh my, wow." Hatoshi was flabbergasted in an overflowing gladness as he steered his halfly staggered glance onto his close partner.

"The newest drawing tab for you," Yuna said eagerly, elevating the second box closer to her close partner's eyes.

"Th-thank you…Yuna," Hatoshi stuttered and began to raise worrying eyebrows as he asked, "With all of this surprise…are you sure you are fine with your financial?"

"My financial is fine Hatoshi, you don't have to worry about it," Yuna reassured and explained, "I bought the laptops and the drawing tabs from my allowance in three years, It's still quite a lot the last time I checked it."

"I see…" Hatoshi replied, quietly closing his lips before he took a guess, "So that means you don't use your wage for buying those…gadgets right, right?"

"No. I mostly spend my wage only on buying food and drinks." Yuna answered genially, transpiring the condolence atmosphere within the room as her close partner bowed his head in a sparking amazement
