Chapter 64 - The Ozmonian, The Policeman, and The Ninja

Visiting the Shaolin Temple was a relief for Zero observation. An observation about the Shaolin Warrior cultures that intrigued him which was the recent fight between Southern Shield and Blue Winter

However, The Ozmonian had other important things to do with his Superhero life, and right now he was already inside his own secret base. A secret base that was a widespread room with every floor and surface was painted with a cotton white color. The room itself had an interesting display of trophies that were safely kept inside a transparent blue, tower-shaped cage.

The trophies displayed were a long double edge spear with a crimson handler and a large shiny bronze edge with a black spartan helmet motif on top of the middle part at the left display. Besides the spear display, there was an all blue and green sombrero that hovered on top of the anti-gravity surface by the cage and the last one was a silver medal. A silver medal that chose a jet motif on the middle side for the attractiveness.

While the displays of unique objects were chillingly laid down on the floating surface, Zero was quite busy with his current activity which was he stood in front of a clean, giant cylinder that contained a jade orb the same size as an ant. A jade surge that kept aggressively bounced back and forth for an escape attempt that failed to create a single cracking line on the glass.

Even though the green orb channeled out an electric string to grow bigger and presumed the bouncing momentum, it still couldn't even create a tiny inch of cracking line by the impervious glass surface. Zero pondered in curiosity as he rubbed his metal chin the more he watched the impatience of the bouncy orb.

"I still couldn't even detect, The Distrunian whereabout." Zero bickered in a dissatisfied tone, "Even though I already had a tiny piece of his energy.

"I wondered if I should get his blood instead," Zero added.

The Ozmonian placed his head down in a revising demeanor especially with a floating blue screen with a similar size as a tablet presenting a scarlet clock shape circle that had a bold red X in the dial parts. Beneath the stric circle, there was an enlightened sentence that said, "Sorry the whereabouts are undetectable"

After he spent some time wondering the right steps to track down The Distrunian location, Zero finally raised his head in widened red eyes. Moreover, he gazed at the very right corner that became the central interest. In the right corner is a coal black silhouette of lifeless shadow latched on the white wall and The Ozmonian sharpened his eagle eyes.

"Maybe, I should create another armor that can absorb The Distrunian blood and energy." Zero foretold his idea through the empty room.

Afterward, Zero gazed down at his current silver armor in a little bit of wandering confusion through the red eyes. His mind soon refreshed most of his past moments living on earth, especially the time he spent with someone that was close to him.

The first memory tape appeared which was the time he saw the majestic blue morning sky with the blond woman once again in the balcony. More specifically when he chose a more human form that wore a tidy silver suit and his skin was silver as fresh steel, also with aquatic blue eyes.

The Ozmonian and the blond woman joyfully inhaled the morning air that refreshed their burdening thoughts. Especially when the woman gave out a soothing giggle that became a center of attention to Zero.

"Miss Marida, is this an effective way for organic beings such as humans to relieve their stress?" Zero asked in a confused tone.

"For me, yes, but I am sure you will feel that relieving atmosphere too," Marida answered with confidence. "Maybe sooner."

Therefore, the glimpse of memory between him and Marida faded away into nothingness in an instance. Zero mind had finally arrived at the present time with shameful eyes gazed down towards the metal hand.

"Until these days, I am 90% sure, I couldn't feel this relief atmosphere you told me, Miss Marida." Zero bickered in a stoic, yet jolly tone as he switched his attention to the left, "Most likely due to I am embracing The Ozmonian instinct."

"An instinct of protecting my conquest on earth from any potential threat such as The Distrunian." Zero added in a deep confident tone, "Thus, I shall start the new armor project...by today."

Blue sky was slowly gone darker with a dark orange sunlight presence that indicated late afternoon was about to make its spectacular debut. Beneath the sky, Neo Tokyo's finest news tower shared the aftermath of yesterday's event. Today's hostess for the news was Yukina Ginjo again with a charmful atmosphere appearing either from her smiley expression or her jolly voice.

"For the newest update, The Mysterious Alien Man presence hadn't appeared yet until now. But, please we recommend citizens of Neo Tokyo to stay at their home as we couldn't predict his next appearance." Yukina Ginjo spoke fluently.

The Distrunian assault created a sorrowful time in Neo Tokyo as there weren't any civilians found roaming around the streets to do their various activities. Even the vehicles didn't show up as a star in the middle of the road with different kinds of speed pacing.

Stores, malls, office towers, and other delightful places of activity all went complete pitch black without a single presence for human beings. Moreover, the welcoming doors on each building were planted by a neon, red light that said, "Warning, we forbid citizens from going to this place!!!"

Policemen and the military were the only people that were able to scold around Neo Tokyo and even they wore a set of armor or gears for safety purposes. Dark blue armor was for the policemen and mud green armor was the right choice for the soldier, also they both wore a helmet that covered the whole face with a pitch-black face mask that shone aquatic blue eyes. But, their safety starter set was similar to one another which were they both had a rifle with an enlightened blue line and a single black earbud planted on the left ear.

Those government officials presumed their patrol on the almost dead city with not many humans couldn't be found and a withered air swiftly passed the patrol members. The activities for the patrol were strolled around on every sidewalk with a sturdy face that scanned on it with pointing their rifle like a radar on its surrounding back and forth.

A pitch white drone also joined the scouting section too as they channeled out a mesmerizing blue light on each higher parts building that it passed. With the patrolling activities continued, there was one officer who decided to reposely lean on the bulky, brown tree nearby. A tree that had a green curly leaf that had a shape similar to a cloud.

The officer was none other than Tabata who rested down his dry-like helmet near the hefty tree branch that spread all over the ground. His short black hair with white line strokes on left to right was damped by the overwhelming sweats.

Moreover, Tabata placed his shiny silver case phone right on his ear with a deep concern furrow clouding his whole face. The N.T.P.D officer kanji forehand recently awakened the shining yellow light as he nervously gritted his teeth when the sound of phone ringing had stopped.

"Dad, why are you calling me, right now?" A young man's voice arrived through Tabata's phone.

"Ah...Sado, I wanted to tell you something." Tabata nervously bickered, "It's time….that I would awaken my...onmyouji power."

A speechless silence from the phone instantly echoed through Tabata who began to shower his forehead with a sweat of panic. The cold headstrong expression that The N.T.P.D often showed off, drowned down in unrelenting despair.

"Wait….is this for real, Dad?' Sato asked enthusiastically through Tabata's phone.

A spark of happiness flashed through the gloomy expression of Tabata and opened his mouth in sudden amazement. Happiness overflowed the course of his veins till The Officer looked at the warming orange sky.

"Yes, Sado, I am going to become an onmyouji once again." Tabata spoke with fiery confidence, "Because, I already made a bold decision that I would join the fight with the heroes."

"Dad, wow that's great, I never truly believed you would become your onmyouji self again." Sado replied in excitement, "I always thought that you would ignore that self till the rest of your life."

"Yes and that was one of the worst mistakes I ever made in my entire life."

Tabata let out a sigh of relief as prolonged the confident bickering with his son, Sato. Furthermore, he shamelessly giggled and the light on the kanji forehand became brighter as the afternoon sun.

"Therefore, I'll let you see my training as an Onmyouji after this patrol is over." Tabata mumbled in chilling excitement.

"This is great dad." Sado replied, "I couldn't wait anymore for this moment to happen."

"Correct, Sado."

Thus, Tabata focused his gaze right at the afternoon sun that heated up amazement in his mind. Amazement that he would fully restore the Onmyouji power he had been abandoned for a long period of time.

Midori No Shi forest recently became a training ground for Tatsura's quest of honoring his father's names, especially using the grass ninja form. This time his training assistance was a dark blue, humanoid robot with a white ninja vest and long white pants that viciously locked it's shiny golden eyes.

Moreover, the humanoid robot hoisted a dark grey revolver with a clean red trigger towards Tatsura. The Grass Ninja cautiously glanced at the as his gripped omitted a green grass wind that moved like a tiny tornado. Then, a neon green katana was summoned on his open gripped as he confidently smiled.

Thus, the action was declared when the humanoid robot pressed the trigger that burst out a holographic, bluish bullet at mach speed. The Grass Ninja anticipatingly waited for the bullet to reach his near distance as the Katana was lifted up step by step up to his chest.

Therefore, Tatsura plunged the Katana right into his chest due to the bullet being close enough to be pierced through his chest and an odd thing suddenly occurred. The Grass Ninja's body was motionlessly frozen with a stabbing wound on the chest, dropped a sluggish waterfall of blood, and the bullet swiftly passed by the hole of his chest.

The humanoid robot raised his eyebrows in pondering confusion as Tatsura's presence couldn't be found anymore. Left to right, up to down, the robot surveying eyes still couldn't detect the exact coordinate of The Grass Ninja whereabout.

The more the robot scanned the whole room, the more fear arose through its veins, especially the hand that harshly held the gun began to crumbly open its grip.

As for Tatsura, he was indeed still in Midori No Shi forest with the actual physical presence scolded behind the robot. But, his point of view was filled by a shrouding green aura on the sky, ground and even his enemy.

Without time to waste, Tatsura leaped off to the defenseless robot in an upright, stabbing position like a missile. Moreover, The Grass Ninja broke free from the shrouding reality and the robot swiftly twirled around its body with the revolver steadily aimed at the approaching enemy.

Hence, Tatsura increased the dashing speed by summoning a sudden push by the neon green energy right on the back and penetrated the robot chest with his Katana. The revolver was dropped down from the gripped and damaged, blue electricity lines widely spread out through the whole robot body.

Moreover, the robot glanced in agony at the smiley face of Tatsura Superhero costume that brought an arising fear through its golden eyes that slowly dimmed like a broken lamp. Even all of its limbs crumbled down with the electricity only getting wilder for each second passed.

Therefore, Tatsura withdrew the glowing Katana from the heavy stabbed mark that the robot continuously endured and in a split second, the robot finally fell down to the ground lifelessly in a prone position. While the leftover duplicate of himself dissolved into million green dust as The Grass Ninja sighed in relief.

"Finally, another mastery of Akushijo technique was swiftly done." Tatsura said calmly as he gazed down at the lifeless robot before a half regretful tone took over his voice, "And… very sorry for destroying your project...Professor Akizawa."

Tatsura heaved the katana up to his observant eyes and tilted his head in a wandering demeanor. Then, The neon green light brighter than a nightclub that came out from his Katana encouraged The Grass Ninja to sheepishly giggle.

"After this training is done, I might try to do a stealth mission on Kirishima." Tatsura commented in a bitter tone, "I am aware that she worked at Jutei Hospital which was a perfect choice to attack, but collecting more information is better especially for countering her unexpected surprise."

A warmful afternoon light shone through Tatsura's upper head as he glared at the orangish, late afternoon sky with mildly sighed, It also let the glowing Katana dissolved into the dust of nothingness when The Grass Ninja opened his crumbling grip. Moreover, The Grass Ninja clenched his shaking fist with his mind and ventured to possibilities of hunting down and stalking the beautiful Dr. Kiri.
