The day for Victor, Irene and Laura to meet has already arrived. But, the place where the meeting will be held was changed by Victor because he didn't trust anyone else, more so to get into someone else's building. So, the meeting was held in a building belonging to Victor. That was a condition imposed by him and Laura's side agreed quickly without any objection. As simple as that.
The building is a building close to the college where Irene once studied there. Teh one where she and Victor first meet. And it was a building where Irene was almost burned alive. But after the second time the building was burned by Irene, Victor decided to renovate the place to be their small base in case there was a need to use it. The place is also quite strategic as it is quite into the forest and no one ever come here. So, this is the first time the new building has been used.
