Maelle did indeed took Xendros with him, and they came to live in Crescentia together.
He chose not to reveal the truth yet. Xendros' grief was currently far to strong, he would not be able to handle the news that Prince Faestien had indeed planned to assassinate his father all this time, albeit for a good reason.
Once his heart settled down, that is when he will show the letters.
At least, that was what he told himself before....
"Maelle, how much is the price of a Large Green onion again?" Xendros asked him whilst in the marketplace.
"You can get one for 10 blodrops if you can haggle enough." Maelle said with a laidback posture and a mint leaf between his teeth.
"No, I don't want to haggle. I'll pay for the price it assigned these farmers need as much money as they got."
