Someone can still go pass their limit of talent it's just that they won't have full strength in the same realm probably about 70% of someone who has higher talent limit in the same realm will be their 100% strength.

(Ex. If I have a violet talent limit and reach Mana god realm I will only have about 100% of someone with better talent in the same realm which will be only about 70% of their strength. So their 70% of strength is my full 100% in the same realm from now on)
