Mr David: Great we will be Pewter City by the evening today.
Alex: Shouldn't we reach there only at noon of the 3rd day how come we are much faster???
Mr Vincent: Of course we are faster because someone decided to start the journey from the rest even before the sun would rise.
As he was saying this he looked towards Miss Kathy who was leading the students through the forest towards Pewter City.
Alex: ohhhh... I thought you guys always did things like that...
------------Flashback---------------------
As Alex was about to sleep after catching Growlithe someone again knocks at his door.
Mr David: Get ready Alex we are leaving.
Alex: Ok..
Alex gets ready and goes down only to hear Mr Vincent speaking to himself.
Mr Vincent: why should we go so early even the sun isn't up yet, I only had a few hours of sleep..
'I didn't even get to sleep' thinks Alex to himself.
They pack their things and continues their journey to Pewter city they did meet some Pokemon but most of them were harmless and the group easily went through them without any battle.

Mr David looks around carefully a few times as they were walking, Miss Kathy was also doing the same.
Alex: Is there a problem Mr David?
Mr David: This area is actually the territory of a group of Beedrills and we always used to get attacked by them we pass through here but now not a single attack took place.
Miss Kathy: Forget about attack there is not a single Beedrill nearby.
Mr Vincent: Maybe they changed territories.
Mr David: Maybe but I have a feeling that it has something to do with what happened last night.
Alex was sweating bullets when he heard the conversation between the 3 teachers.
They soon reach Pewter city's sentry troops camp where they are questioned about the things they saw in the forest, but compared to the checking in Viridian City it was much more lenient here Alex was very curious why it was this way but when he saw how friendly the soldiers where to the 3 teachers he understands the reason for the leniency.
Alex said bye to the three teachers and was about leave when Mr David calls him back and asks him when he would challenge the gym.
Alex : Tomorrow... if my pokemons are in good condition then tomorrow I will challenge the gym. Why ask Mr David.
Mr David:if you do challenge tomorrow then we will all be your audience.
Alex: that would be great Mr David. Thank you.
Miss Kathy: no no .... We should be thanking you .. our students will able to see a good fight because of you.
Children : wish you all the best Alex. Hope you win
Alex: Thank you everyone. It was great travelling with you all.
Alex walks towards the Pokemon center while looking at the surroundings.
Pewter City was much different from Viridian City although there where high raised buildings but it was only a few compared to Viridian city even the farms where fewer. Most people in Viridian City where expert Miners and used to spend most of their time in Mt.moon. The biggest attraction in the city was museum which was mainly filled up of things from Mt.moon.
Alex reaches the Pokemon center and gives his pokemons to nurse joy for a routine check-up then he goes to the phoning area in the center and calls his parents to inform them that he has reached Pewter City and chats with them for sometime. Later he calls professor Oak and asks him about the Beedrills he has and asks what to do with them
Professor Oak: Send them all to me through the portal in Pewter city I will send you the money after selling them all to the alliance.
Alex was very happy to hear it and sends all the pokeballs he has to professor Oak. They end their chat and Alex goes to the nearby inn and rests for the day.
Tomorrow he will have his very first Gym battle, he sleeps dreaming his victory in his very first gym battle.
