Back on the earth, Mabel was having a lot of problem while dealing with Fera's closet. That old wooden cabinet have clothes that were probably five freaking years old. ''What's the problem? Why are you having a stare competition with the closet? '' the one and only Elijah Greece has made his presence known. ''I am trying to find a normal piece of clothing in this cabinet full random design?'' Mabel sarcastically replied.
''Then you are looking at the wrong place. Pick any outfit you will look anything but a mature college adult. '' he replied with a serious face.
And they have started it again. This is something they are starting to be familiar with. Sometimes they also laugh at each other's comment like how Mabel just chuckled right now and playfully hit Elijah's arm. ''Enough now. I know you need some more clothes. But for now wear something from here and then you can go shop. After you're done, we need to go to the virgin's library. '' Mabel just nodded and picked the most normal looking clothes as per her taste.
Wednesday is a normal day like the rest of the week. Well, at least for everyone at the Belmont University. For Mabel it is rather a special day. Yes you're right, a special day. The first day of her in the Belmont University might be unexpected with twists and turns and meeting new people or more like meeting him for the first time. But she won't admit it.
''Are you coming or not? '' Elijah called her and she went to the car.

Mabel was walking around the campus while looking for her class. These halls were so confusing that she became quite oblivious to where she came from and where she has to go. She was going to the same direction as Elijah told her to but he also didn't seem to know what he was saying either when she asked him about Fera's class. So, it looked like she had to figure it out by herself.
She decided to go further more before reaching to a corridor where no one was . 'Wow! Now I got lost too. I swear I 'll kill Elijah when I get out of here.' she thought.
She was going to turn back when her eyes fell on a door which had library written on a scratched plate that was about to fell. Weirdly, no one was in the library. So she decided to go in and take a look. She was roaming around the library when she decided to go upstairs involuntarily.
'What could possibly be in the Belmont library that no one comes here?' she thought taking a step further. Mabel was never the one to something out of curiosity. But when she got pulled in other parallel universe, there wasn't anything that she wouldn't do to get out of here. So, took kept walking in the dark ally alone.
If she had not spend her most of the childhood alone then she'd be scared. The library had a scary silence that she was not brave enough to break.
She was looking through each shelf when she accidentally dropped some books from the fantasy shelf- P. She sat down to pick them up when she saw something like a door behind the shelf. Now this is something really familiar. She remembered Fera telling her about the incident in the love life library and she felt that a secret door behind a library shelf was something similar to that. Maybe, she can get to know something useful there, with the thought of that,she decided to see behind the door. But before she could do anything a hand grabbed her shoulder causing her to turn around to see who was behind her.
It was a man who's probably in his early 40s. He had black hair, a little more than the average height and his jaw was covered with well trimmed beard hair. He was quite an attractive man for his age. ''What is this young miss doing here? '' he asked her with a pause after every two words. ''I came this way by accident and saw this library so I was thinking that I will find someone here.'' she confidently answered. ''Then you should have turned and go back when you didn't find anyone here.'' he gave her a creepy smile. She could tell just by looking at his eyes that he was hiding something here. ''But I found you here Mr. '' she paused while looking for his badge ''Grant. My name, it's Adam Grant.'' he completed it for her. ''So Mr Grant, would you tell me the way out?'' she spoke to make sure not to create any suspicions. ''Yes of course. ''

She was in the front of Elijah's class hoping for him to come so she could tell him what happened when she felt a hand resting on her shoulder again. ''So you have come today. '' an unfamiliar male voice rang in ears. If it was someone I don't know about, then I will have to play it well. So, she suddenly turned around to see Aiden standing in front of her.
''Yeah I have come today.'' she replied really calmly. ''Then why didn't you come into the class.'' he asked. She took a minute before saying anything because if she said that she got lost then he will definitely be suspicious of her. ''I was going to come but Elijah wanted me to go to the Dean to ask him if we could cancel our trip but I couldn't find him and my first class got wasted.'' she sighed and pouted a bit to show that she was sad about her first class being missed but he made a shocked face. ''Whoa whoa, why do I see disappointment on your face for missing your first class? You didn't have started caring about your class, did you?'' he asked in an amused tone.
Shit! she forgot that Fera is not a student who is concerned about anything related to class. She actually hate to spend her time in the class but still manages to get really good grades.
''Okay, okay, don't worry about your class. I won't let you miss another class. Now come with me. '' he grabbed both her shoulder and practically dragged her with him. She actually flinched first at his sudden touch and fighted the urge to pull away at his foriegn touch, but tried to ease herself. ''Where are we going?'' she asked. ''Your favorite place in the whole campus.'' he said.

Honestly, she was really glad that he was able to make her forget about her problems for a while. He actually took her to the back of the campus where many students were sitting on the grass and chilling with their friends. Maybe, she could find Elijah here.
She also met Chelsea and Dylan, Fera's other friends who liked to bicker with each other a lot. She actually found them too loud to keep them around.
This place, itself was a lot more louder than NUA which was making it hard for her to stay. She grew up in a quiet and sophisticated place with people being afraid to approach her. This was something very new for her and she wasn't very fond of it.
She was going to text Elijah to come and meet her at the cafeteria when suddenly Aiden drew his attention to her. ''What happened to you today? Why are you acting a little strange? I noticed that you're being quiet instead of quite not-so-quiet." He tried a very lame joke but he said it anyways.
Aiden was worried, it be because of his confession. So he tried his best to get her to act normal.
''Yeah, you seem a bit different today. Not that I hate it but it's weird seeing you ....dressed.'' Chelsea spoke from behind. ''So tell me what it is.'' She didn't know what to say and only thing she could think of was Elijah. ''Why are you guys even asking? I think it's quite obvious. '' suddenly Dylan spoke and she started glaring toward him mentally telling him to not say what he is about to.
Through the three hours that she spent with them, she knew what he was about to say.
''She got a crush that's why she is acting different and came dressed nicely than usual. '' everyone started looking at her to see if it's true.
''No, there is nothing like that. I just thought I should have a change in me and that's it. '' She said in a calm voice. It actually sounded like she didn't care if they believed her or not. Mabel was becoming sick of playing Fera for so long that she started to turn into her usual self.
''Is that one of the things you read in that library'' Chelsea asked. ''Yeah, I actually read it in one the books.'' she said and Chelsea looked convinced by it.
''You are here with them and I was searching for you almost everywhere. ''
'And finally the dumb twin arrived' Mabel thought. ''How nice of you to ask me where I was after telling me to go find Dean without any clue of where he is. How much more you can care about me.'' she sarcastically commented on Elijah's arrival. ''Who told you to go find Dean. I just told you to go to your class. Hmm, Wait, Wait, Wait.'' he paused for a second to think and again spoke, ''Was that my evil doppelganger from the third parallel universe called petria.'' and he had to act dumber than his usual self. How she wished that her evil twin should have come and take him.
''You can be the dumbest guy in both of the worlds if you would actually take it seriously and work hard for it.'' she mocked him. ''I know you are thinking that i screwed up but I didn't.'' he said than he faced the others.
''Well, I was thinking that we should not hide the truth from them. They deserve to know about you and everything.'' he said while Mabel just rolled her eyes at him. ''Which truth and what third parallel universe petria?'' Aiden asked. ''Don't tell me that you have also been reading in that wicked library with her.'' Dylan pointed Elijah. "Might as well tell the whole world about it." Mabel said with a loathesome grin while narrowing her eyes at Elijah, now totally breaking out of her character.
