Chapter 4 - Iceberg Lounge

Jackie had been intrigued by the city lights of Gotham City. he decided to explore the city a little bit more and see what it had to offer instead of going back to the hotel. As he walked around the city, he stumbled upon a place called the Iceberg Lounge. It was a popular spot that he had heard about from a couple of people at the front door. And it interested him so he decided to enter and check out the place.

As he entered the lounge, he couldn't help but notice two women who caught his eye. One was dressed in red and black, with a mischievous grin on her face. The other was draped in green, with a sly smile on her lips. Jackie had no idea who they were, but he couldn't help but feel drawn to them.

Jackie smiled slowly as he watched Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn approach him. Their heads were cocked at an angle, their smiles sly and mischievous as they eyed him up and down. He could feel their gaze on him, the electricity in the air, and he knew that they were sizing him up.

"Well, hello there," Poison Ivy purred as she stopped in front of him. "What brings you to our fair city?"

Harley Quinn snickered as she crossed her arms over her chest. "Yeah, what's the deal, pal? We didn't invite you here, did we?"

Jackie shrugged, his eyes flickering between the two of them. "I'm just passing through," he said nonchalantly.

Poison Ivy arched an eyebrow and stepped closer. "You must have some business here. I mean, what could be so important that you'd come all the way to Gotham?"

Jackie bit his lip and glanced away. "Why do you care?"

Harley Quinn shrugged. "We're just curious."

He smiled and shook his head in amusement. "So you two are the notorious ladies of Gotham?" Jackie said to them because he heard about them in front of the lounge while he was waiting his turn.

Poison Ivy's lips spread into a wide grin. "Well, I wouldn't call us infamous, but…"

"We get around," Harley Quinn finished for her as she laughed.

Jackie chuckled. "You two are quite the pair, I can see why."

The two women exchanged a knowing glance and then Poison Ivy stepped closer to Jackie. "We're much more than just a pair," she said in her sultry voice. "We're two of a kind."

Harley Quinn nodded. "Yup, we're like the dynamic duo of Gotham."

Jackie laughed and shook his head again. "Ah, so that's how it is?"

"That's how it is," Poison Ivy said with a sly smile. "So, tell us, what's your business in Gotham?"

Jackie shrugged. "I'm just passing through. I don't have any business here."

Poison Ivy tilted her head as she looked him up and down. "You don't look like a tourist."

Harley Quinn snorted. "You don't even look like you're from Gotham."

Jackie pressed his lips together and glanced away. "That's because I'm not from Gotham," he said, his voice low.

"Oh?" Poison Ivy said, her voice softening. "Where are you from then?"

Jackie hesitated for a moment and then finally shook his head. "It doesn't matter. I'm here now and that's all that matters."

Harley Quinn stepped closer and looked him up and down. "You know, you're really mysterious. I think you're up to something."

Jackie smiled and looked away, his gaze softening as he stared into the distance. "Maybe I am. You'll just have to figure it out."

The two women exchanged a glance and then Poison Ivy stepped closer and touched his arm. "Come on," she said, her voice gentle. "Let's go for a walk and get to know each other better."

Jackie smiled and shook his head. "I'm not sure that's a good idea."

Harley Quinn stepped closer as well and grabbed his other arm. "What's the harm in getting to know each other? We'll have fun, I promise."

Jackie looked into the two women's eyes and smiled. He could feel the electricity in the air, and he could tell that they were trying to figure him out. He knew he should stay away, but he couldn't resist their charm.

"I suppose a walk would be nice," he said finally.

The two women grinned and hooked their arms through his, guiding him down the street. As they walked, Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn peppered him with questions, trying to figure out who he was and why he was in Gotham. As they talked, the three of them began to laugh and joke, and Jackie found himself enjoying their company more and more. Despite their attempts to get him to reveal his secrets, he managed to skillfully dodge their questions and keep them guessing. By the time they arrived back at the spot they started, the sun had already begin to come out and the three of them were still full of laughter and smiles.

"Well," Poison Ivy said with a smile. "It looks like we all had a good time."

Harley Quinn nodded. "Yeah, it was nice to get to know you better, mysterious stranger."

Jackie smiled and looked away. "It was nice to get to know you two as well."

The two women glanced at each other and then back at him. "So," Poison Ivy said, her voice soft. "Are you going to tell us why you're in Gotham?"

Jackie smiled and shook his head. "I'm not sure I can."

Harley Quinn shrugged. "Well, that's okay. We'll just have to keep guessing."

Poison Ivy nodded and stepped closer. "Maybe we can figure it out together."

Jackie looked into her eyes, his heart pounding in his chest. He could feel her warmth, her curiosity, and he knew that if he wanted, he could tell them everything. But he also knew that if he did, everything would change. So instead, he just smiled and shook his head.

"Maybe some other time," he said and then he turned and began walking away.

As he left, Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn stared after him, still buzzing with unanswered questions. But as they watched him disappear into the night, they couldn't help but admire the mysterious stranger who had come to Gotham.

The morning air was cool and crisp against Jack's skin as he walked back to his hotel room, The light of the sun reflecting off the snow and giving the street a wonderful glow. He couldn't help but smile to himself as he remembered the great time he had with Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy in the Iceberg Lounge.

The two had flirted outrageously with him the whole night, laughing and talking until the sun began to rise. He'd found himself hopelessly lost in their banter and their alluring eyes, and he'd responded in kind. He'd wanted nothing more than to stay with them, to forget the real world and just revel in their company.

But eventually, it was time to go. he felt a wave of happiness wash over him, one he hadn't felt in a long time. He felt like he'd found a place in the world, one where he no longer had to pretend to be someone he wasn't. He walked a little faster, eager to get back to his hotel room so he could relive the experience once more.

The streets were quiet as he walked, the only sound being the occasional caw of a crow in the distance. But he felt no fear; he felt only a strange sense of elation. He felt as if he'd stepped into a beautiful dream, one he would never forget.

He thought about the way Poison Ivy had smiled at him, her eyes twinkling in the soft light of the lounge. He thought about the way Harley had laughed, her voice like honey on his ears. He felt his heart swell with warmth as he remembered their conversation, the playful touches, the way they'd both looked at him as if he were the only man in the room.

And as he walked, he couldn't help but smile. He'd had the greatest night of his life, and he was sure it would stay with him forever.
