Did he just covered me with his overcoat ? he's behavior is different from the time he fought for his lover. Maybe , he isn't a complete fool. I went to my room and stared my wedding ring in my finger . It's a diamond ring . It's was obnoxiously beautiful.
His overcoat is still on me , I don't want to admit it , but his smell is somewhat safe and comforting. I slept with his overcoat over me . I slept soundly without any nightmares.
Is it morning ? it seems , I slept well , thanks to someone's coat .Ah! Should I just ask him about his scent. It's shameful. It's not my mistake , I'm just sensitive to smell .
I'll wash up .I got up and went to the bathtub and lighted scented candles , because it had a smoothing smell. Then I washed up and wraped a towel around me . I sat in front of my dressing table , it's surely looks grand. I took the dryer to dry my hair.
(Knock* Knock*)
Is it a maid ? "Yes , come in". I said while drying my hair .
" You help me to dry my hair." I ordered.
"Who are you ordering ?" he raised his eyebrow and glancing me from head to toe.
"You...You pervert . Why are you in my room?", I was flustered to see my husband in name , in my room . I covered my chest with my arms. He's smirking after seeing me . It's embarrassing , I lost my composure before him.
"Just now, You allowed me." he chuckled.
"I thought ,it was a maid. Now, get out ." I pointed my finger to the door .But , instead he got closer to me , to see my face .
"Don't worry , Your body is not my type . I love big breasted women. " he smirked.
"I have perfect breasts . You're also not my type ", I shouted at him. (I'm a stupid , I know he's provoking me , but I easily gave in . I want to bury my face into ground .) He started to laugh. it's irritating to see him.
"You, What's your purpose for coming here all the way in the morning?" I asked him with raising my brow .
"Oh ! There's a party tonight , so you should accompany me ". he calmed down and answered me.
"Why don't you take your Mistress with you?" I smirked. He raised his brow and smiled.
"You have to fulfill certain duties as my wife and her name is Emma , not mistress."he said.
"Yeah , whatever." I shrugged off.
"I'll pick you up at 7pm . Get ready before 7 , I hate waiting." he said with a disdained look.
"Yes." I said and he glanced his overcoat on my bed .He went over to grab it .
"Wait , what are you doing ?" I catched his hand in the moment. Shit , I released his hand after my realization.
"I'm taking my overcoat" he raised a brow and grinned.
"It seems , you like my coat very much ,then you can keep it with yourself" . he leaned towards my face and whispered.
"It's not the coat , it's just the scent is nice , that's all". I faced my head downwards and bit my lower lip, because it's embarrassing to see his face .But ,he was a bit taken aback after hearing my reason.
"Is that so , then I shall wear the same cologne ,for my dear wife ." he smiled and glanced at my neck.
"You ,didn't put the ointment on your bruises". he's emitting his cold aura by furrowing his brows. I touched my bare neck and covered it . He's again giving me a disdained look.
"Ellios , Bring the medicine for bruises ", he ordered his bodyguard , who's outside the door and asked me to sit on my bed . I sat after listening to his firm voice. Why I'm listening to him like an idiot .
His bodyguard knocked the door , He went and opened the door slightly , so no one can see inside . At least he got some common sense. He brought the medicine and applied in my neck and gave me a blow . He's gentle. I smiled in the moment and i gave a blank look , so he won't look at my smile .
His face was like a sculpture , his thin pink lips , His thick brows and eyelashes , His shiny black hair , Ah I want to touch it , it looks soft . He's totally my type , but I got heated on the moment and told him that he isn't my type . Whatever , he doesn't need to know about it.
" I know , I'm outworldly handsome . So quit staring me." he chuckled.
"Who's staring you ? I thought you were a fool , but you're a narcissist fool." I don't want to admit that I'm staring him. Why don't I die ? I'm screaming internally.
"It's done , Apply it everyday." he ordered and went outside . He's fast .Then a maid entered and dried my hair. I went to my wardrobe and picked a dark dress and red heels .
I usually won't wear dark dress , but here I have to be bold , so I use dark dresses and Red lipstick . It's just the clothing and makeup gave me a high level confidence.
I asked my maid to provide my breakfast in my office. I have a job to maintain internal affairs in this castle. I went to my office and asked Bulter about the maintenance .he hesitated and opened his mouth.
"Madam. The internal affairs are maintained by Miss Emma , before you arrived here. " he stated and stood there quietly . They said I can start working after a week , but I didn't expect this.
"Take all the files related to internal budget last year." I ordered him , he took files placed it before me .
"Is that all?" I asked him raising my brow.
"Yes, madam". he replied. I've to check all this first .
I took the files and checked it one by one .
(thud * door opening sound)
"You..What are you doing in my seat?" a blonde hair woman yelled at me. I just ignored her and crossed my legs . Her face was flustered and she came near me and asked me again .
"It's my seat." she said .
"Oh , did you; by any chance marry my husband without my knowledge ?" I mocked her. She clenched her fists . I stood up and went near her . She's smaller than me in height . I'm 5'6 tall and wearing heels.
"But , I maintained it until now" she said loudly.
