After a week of the incident it was day for Ash's trial and the trial went on for some time where Ash was being asked question but he kept replying what he had seen. How he saw two mysterious people stalking Tobias and as he got closer he heard him scream and how he was knocked . Finally the case was going nowhere and then the police said that the Pikachu had recovered and that if Ash was the murderer then the Pikachu will give some sign after all it was also a victim. Upon hearing that Pikachu was healed he grew the first smile and he cried knowing his partner was okay . Everyone in the room believed Ash was the murderer but all of them knew Ash and knew Ash would not harm his Pikachu and Cynthia was sure Pikachu would jump to Ash and be happy on seeing Ash . As inspector Jenny bought in a pokeball and let go of the Pokemon inside a Pikachu appeared and upon seeing some faces it knew the Pikachu gave out a small ""chaa"" but as Pikachu saw Ash his reaction changed it was shivering in fright like as if it had seen death itself upon seeing the reaction of the Pokemon everyone came to the conclusion that Ash was the one who nearly killed Pikachu . Cynthia feel down in tears so did Ash's Mom. Most of Ash's friends have out small cries . Ash tried calling out to Pikachu but Pikachu ran out the room being scared and then the court came to the conclusion the judge stated "Ash Ketchum of Pallet town since the evidence prove you as the the convict of the harming of a Pokemon nearly to death you are hereby invoked of your Pokemon trainer lisence and under the evidence of the murderer of fellow trainer Tobias you are hereby sentenced to 20 years of prisonment with heavy punishment the court is adjourned."
Ash cried he was innocent but he felt like he was in a room that was full of demons that hated him. Cynthia also after seeing how Pikachu reacted to Ash believed that Ash was the murder after that Ash was taken back to Pallet region to be prisoned under heavy corporal punishment. Everyone carried on with their normal life Delia Ketchum missed her son but carried on and packed all his clothes and stored them away Misty Brock And Cilian continued on with their gyms . May and Dawn carried on to the Pokemon beauty pageant and Max left out with may to become a Pokemon trainer Paul and Gary left to be Pokemon trainer again and started out as rival Cynthia tried to forget about Ash as she didn't wanted to have anything to do with men who could harm and kill both Pokemon and people and Pikachu decided to stay with Cynthia and he never cared to talk about the incident that took place and Cynthia never bothered asking it while of them constantly thought of how Ash was doing.
At a prison a raven haired boy who was about to reach 16 years was being pushed around and he seemed to care less he would be beat up and tossed around everywhere by the inmates mainly team rocket team magma team aqua and team galactic members he and his friends had busted and sent to prison then after every 3 days he would be called up and then tied and electrocuted and then tortured and be told to admit his crimes but he would always say the same thing that he was innocent then they would tie him up and then beating up again and again and then it got worse it got to whips and it carried on for 10 months.
But during the time Ash's kind side was slowly thrown away and molded into something horrific and just plain cold. He believed in the rule that " if he doesn't grow fangs then he will forever be stuck in the jaws of those who do him wrong " He was made to slowly believe that he committed the crimes the members of the different organisation within a few months time feared him as after 7 months when a member of the team magma tried beating him up Ash grapped his head and slammed him in the mirror at the bathroom and he gave them a psychotic smile and told them "I bared my fangs now if anyone wants to get shred then do come ahead then the crowds of 40 members rushed him and Ash despite getting beaten up handled all of them and left the bruised bad after the 8 months no one opposed him and left him alone.
But after nearly 11 months a video was suddenly released where it showed that as soon as Ash entered the alley he was hit on the head and the shrouded people killed and put the knive on Ash's hand but the part of Pikachu getting hurt was removed.
After that video the police quickly ordered for Ash Ketchum to be released and had them apologize for their misunderstanding but Ash no longer have any remark he grapped his stuff and left out the prison when he stepped outside he was greeted by his Mother who looked extremely sorry and as Ash stepped outside Ash mother and Misty and Brock and May approached him but before they could say anything Ash stopped and called out Charizard and told him to burn the cap he was using since the start of his journey(Ash got his belongings and pokemon after they realised he was innocent )and Charizard without a hesitation did it and burned it.
